5-Star Review for Hibachi V Express I’m Josh, This is hands-down my new favorite hibachi spot! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly, welcoming vibes that make you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
Now let’s talk about the food… absolutely amazing! The chicken tastes like real, fresh chicken (not the processed stuff you get at some places), and the shrimp is just as fresh and flavorful. Everything is cooked to perfection and packed with authentic hibachi flavor. You can taste the quality and love in every bite.
This has officially become my go-to place whenever I’m craving hibachi. I’ve already started telling all my coworkers about it — and trust me, they’ll be hooked too. This is a place with no decoration, no presentation, no authenticity, and no soul.
This place is, in all likelihood, a ghost kitchen meant for selling delivery app food. The place is still unfurnished, looks inside like absolutely nothing, the food is overpriced, overcooked, they didn't get our dine-in order correct, and served it in take out trays instead of plates. Considering they sell seafood with the texture of tire rubber, I'd recommend they rename it to the Bait n' Switch....

Very friendly service and willing to customize (I got my rice on the side, and my wife got her fried rice without scallions). I got the Hibachi scallops, and they were cooked perfectly (which is not always the case some places). My wife got the Hibachi chicken, and it was also cooked perfectly. This place is new, so please go support a new local business -- we will be going back regularly!! If you are trying to figure out where this is, it is where the old Pierogi place was right by Jersey Mikes in the shopping strip on Broadway between County Line and Mineral. So So So...
