So this location apparently is finally doing deliveries. However I'm not entirely sure that they should be doing business at all. I had ordered two pizzas and a dessert and it was supposed to be delivered by 5:40 at the latest. When I returned a call from the store at 5:59 (missed a call from them at 5:58) I was greeted with an attitude and pretty much hung up on as the person who answered the phone had no idea why the store had called me. I then realized that my order was late. I waited until 6:04 and then called the store back and again was greeted with an attitude and told that my delivery was on the way. I live no more than 10 minutes from the store. by 6:17 my order still had not arrived and my son was supposed to be going to bed in about 30 minutes. So I panicking because my child still had not been able to eat dinner called the store again and asked to speak with a manager this time. My order had been marked as delivered by this point. So I asked her pretty much what was going on. She said sometimes it marks it is delivered when the driver is close and he should be here shortly. During this phone call she did confirm my correct address and simply said that the employee who had hung up on me earlier was new. I was then instructed to give her a call back if my pizza did not arrive soon. By 6:28 I still did not have pizza. I called her again and then she said that she had a completely different address and phone number for me, after already confirming my address in the previous phone call. After that I ended up making dinner for my son so that he could actually eat and my boyfriend ended up calling back around 6:35 and telling them to forget the order. The manager at this point proceeded to try and guilt trip him by saying I guess we'll just throw this food away and claiming that we had six pizzas on our order. I don't know if it was a flaw in their ordering system or just incompetencie in the store employees in general but I highly recommend not ordering from this location. Asked for curbside pickup/ pizza was over 10 min beyond promised time and when it was brought to my vehicle the employee dropped a box, rolled his eyes, picked it up brushing off the snow and handed it to me. I was still waiting on the pizza portion of my order so I asked before he walked away. He sighs and tells me that they dropped one of my pizzas coming out of the oven and for the other they’re out of mushrooms. Wouldve been nice to know that before I arrived. He asked if they should remake with other toppings or credit me and I asked for the credit considering they don’t have the topping. This apparently isn’t what he wanted to hear either. I smiled, offered to go inside to make it easier on him. Come to find out, I was dealing with the STORE MANAGER acting this way! I finally get 3 of the 4 pizzas I ordered and go to my car. I realized they still did not provide the sauce cups I paid extra for. Before heading into the store AGAIN, I decide it would be a good idea to look at my pizzas and make sure the remaining were ok. Well, they weren’t… one of my pizzas was missing THREE toppings (not the one he already said they were out of.) so I go back, pizza in hand and the manager asked me if I wanted a refund or to remake AGAIN. I expressed that I was concerned that the first part of my order that I received was in my car over 20 min at this point and asked how long it would take. He told me he would just refund me because he doesn’t think he could make a pizza I’d be happy with! I said “because you messed up the ingredients?!?” He ROLLED his eyes and walked away. I got home with my cold food to discover that my NY thin crust is just as thick as my pan pizza! It’s BURNED on one edge and total raw dough through the entire middle and INEDIBLE (so now we’re down to one of four pizzas from our dinner order.) Read moreAt 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning the 9th of June, 2024, we ordered six pizzas schedule for pickup at 12:15 p.m. These were for a kids' birthday party. A couple hours later, we hadn't received confirmation the order was received, so we called the store. The phone was answered by a woman who clearly didn't care anything about providing good customer service. She was curt and unfriendly but did confirm the order was received. We arrived at 12:10. When we left at 12 to pick up the order, the order tracker said it was in prep, which was concerning. I walked in at 12:15 to incredibly loud music blaring throughout the place and told the (probably) same woman we talked to on the phone that I was there for a 12:15 pickup. I had to talk very loudly for her to hear me and had to ask her to repeat what she said several times to hear her over the egregiously loud music. She even had to ask me what was included in the order. She said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I told her we placed the order several hours ago and that the pizza was for a kid's party. She didn't really care, offered no apology, and basically repeated that it would be ready in 15 minutes. The place, aside from the horribly loud music, was unkempt and disorganized. Needing to cut my losses, I went out to wait in the car for the order. It was ready at 12:25, meaning that placing an online order for a specific time meant nothing to this establishment. The woman was not friendly and showed no sympathy for delivering incredibly subpar service all around. Possibly my favorite part of how poorly this place was run was when she kicked an empty box out of the way on the floor. This was a horrible experience, and I'd avoid this location...
