I just went through the drive through about 45 min or so ago. I dont know the name of this young man glasses s little more than a gotee But this man is exceptional at his job you dont See much customer service, at least not in a positive Anymore and without going into my life story too much. I just came from getting a ivy. Transfusion and my dog was in the car and he was hot and. I was shaky so they told me to get something to eat Etc, etc. So I came here and. I ordered some food and I asked if I could just change the drink to just a little bit ice cream for my dog because he was hot and then when I got up to the window and It was a little more and I thought it was gonna be So I was trying to explain to him. That's why I had asked you if I could change my soda to just a little bit of ice cream. I'm sure you guys Probably get Plenty of people in there all the time Complaining about everythingthe time and trying to get something for nothing. So I don't know If he could just tell by the look on my face How stressed I was. And he went ahead an Waved the I Believe the. $2.50 charge for this And he was still very friendly And helpful about everything else. I left there feeling a little bit better than when I got there so Freddie's. Bravo to you for the employees you hire or maybe I just got lucky and got a really good one. Read moreThe fact I had to take time out of my day to come to google and make a review in the first place is baffling. Upon entering I failed to see a table in the store where there wasn’t garbage or stains scattered across it, including beneath the tables and the lobby floors. I had visited this location previously where I had a similar problem with the fries being completely unseasoned so this time I made sure to ask that they were seasoned. Not only did my meal of two items take fifteen minutes but when I arrived home less than three minutes later the fries were cold and unseasoned, the bacon on my burger was uncooked and an exploded packet of fry sauce was resting at the top of it all. I have had friends who have visited and experienced the same problems but the thing that annoys me most is the service. Your “manager” Jose is consistently screaming at his employees, blasting music (which almost always includes those with profanities) in the back and clearly expresses how much he dislikes his job with his disrespectful tone and lousy effort. Besides the lack of effort he has for his job he seems to love encouraging his employees to follow in his footsteps. On multiple occasions of driving by I have seen him and his teenage employees sharing pot and cigarettes. I hate that I have turned this review into a critique of this employee but it seems most of your locations awful service revolves around this idiot. Read moreThis particular Freddy's, while new, has just not got the appeal needed to be a 5 star place. They need to take some lessons from some of their sister locations. First, the cleanliness of the restaurant is disappointing - tables are never cleaned, it seems, the floor has food which has not been mopped up, the bathrooms needed attention and it makes one wonder how dirty they allow the cooking area to get. I really like Freddy's as a chain, but this one is not the best. The hamburgers at this location are always squished in the bag or box - they never even remotely look like the marketing photos. And, they seem to be overly greasy burgers, unlike other locations nearby. I still think the food tastes good, but its presentation is pretty important to customer enjoyment. Lastly, the staff was less than "professional." I know it is hard to find kids these days who can act and behave in a mature business manner, but at least try to be discerning when hiring your staff (that is all I will say). A little courtesy and respect for your customer goes a very long way. Good luck on improving this store - you need to do it or you will end up like the last restaurant in...
