My husband and I have been loyal consumers of BR and slowly but surely getting more and more frustrated by them. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. We came to this location and got the drinks we ALWAYS get. The girl at the window gave us our drinks and my husband asked for a bit more cream, as we ordered extra cream. The girl said âthis is extraâ. My husband said âcan I have more then?â She said âthis is more, we measure it out and have to up-charge you but this time we will give you some moreâ. She did give us more creamâŚbut we ordered extra cream at the speaker. Why wouldnât she charge us for it then, when we asked for it? Why give us attitude when this wasnât under our control? We were shocked at the âcustomer serviceâ. We have ordered these exact same drinks for years and havenât EVER had someone tell us this. He asked if this was a new policy and she said ânoâ. If she would have said yes, then I may have brushed it off. However, if no, then why is she the first to act this way in years to our order? Today for example barista made the wrong size drink, was visibly irritated that the mistake was brought to her attention and the subsequent drink replacement was horrible! We turned the car around to go back for a replacement and the manager tells me âoh yeah, we ran out of half&half when we remade your first drink so thatâs why it probably doesnât taste rightâ. Instead of a refund I opt for another option and the same snarky barista makes the now 3rd drink and hands it off to me and said sarcastically âwell I hope you have a better dayâ. Very disappointed with this blatantly disrespectful behavior, and that the manager did not have the good sense not to have the barista who is already blatantly irritated with us make yet another redo. For all the abuse we took just to have our morning coffee here, none where up to par. The review isnât necessarily a reflection of the coffee itself. The coffee was pretty typical for this type of shop. Satisfying, but not memorable. My issue is that I ordered ahead, approximately 30 minutes prior to my arrival. When I arrived my order was not only not ready, but also seemingly unnoticed by the staff. I say this because, it was only after stating my name that my drink started to be made. This was extremely irritating. I am not upset that everyone is understaffed, that is completely understandable. I am upset that youâre over extending your company. If you cannot take mobile orders, from whichever app it is made, please do your customers AND employees the kind service of disabling this feature.
