This is my first review for Jimmy John's. I really enjoy their food and have been addicted to it and would of been giving them a 5 star review until today. I ordered the usual meal and while I was waiting for it to be sent out I recieved a message that my food was being delivered by uber eats.
This really saddens me because now if I want Jimmy John's I have to go to the store which is hard for me to do with how busy I am throughout the day which is why I enjoy the delivery service they offer until today which leads me to why I am upset after learning they are working with uber eats. You see, I stopped ordering from places that offer delivery service using uber eats and door dash because 90% of the time I order from a place that uses one of those mentioned places, I don't recieve my food and they said they delivered it or they bring me the wrong order. The worst part is, when I called the places I ordered from they would tell me they need to dispute it with uber eats and not with them which is poor customer service. Yes, they would refund me the money but then I that still need to get food.
Now that Jimmy John's is now using those services they have 100% lost my business. I refuse to give uber eats and door dash any of my money. I would rather pay the company I ordered from and their employees versus a 3rd party. Also, if this is a way for Jimmy John's to save money by paying a 3rd party company instead of investing in the employees that work hard and provide world class customer service then I don't want to do business with them cause I don't support businesses that value money over...
Read moreI order from this Jimmy John's all the time. Today however, I had an experience that has caused me to never want to come back. My co-worker bought me lunch today, he got the bootlegger, and I got the totally tuna. He ate his sandwich a good 30 minutes before I had even opened mine, and had no idea what I had gotten. His sandwich tasted like tuna and tasted like it had gone bad. My tuna tasted like tuna, as it should. About the time I finished my sandwich, my co-worker started complaining that his stomach was hurting. Thirty minutes after I ate my sandwich, I started getting stomach pains as well as throwing up. He called the store to let them know what was happening, and see if he could maybe get a refund or something for us getting food poisoning. The woman who answered the phone said "I'm sorry, we haven't gotten any other complaints to day." She did nothing to make the situation better or help in any way. I will not be returning to this location. If I want Jimmy John's it will wait until I'm at my house in Castle Rock and I can order from a store that actually cares about the quality of the...
Read moreI ordered jimmy John's because we were hungry and all deliveries I've had from any of their other establishments lived up to their "freaky fast" delivery. This one certainly did not. I could have walked to the store, made the sandwich myself, and walked back and had it at my hotel in half the time that they took to deliver it. I placed my order at 12:42pm, it left the store at 1:09 pm so a whopping 27 minutes to get 2 sandwiches out the door. I gave them until 1:42 before I called to make sure it was being delivered, they assured me it would be. At 2:03 I decided to check the tracking again and it said it was delivered. I never heard a knock or any indication of the foods arrival, I have no idea how long it laid in the hallway of my hotel. If I could retract my tip from my order I would in a heartbeat and in my opinion after looking through this particular establishments review history, they should lose the rights to their franchise because they're discrediting the Jimmy John's brand by being slower than...
