Reading some of the above comments really makes me wonder about this location in Littelton. My husband and I have been going to this location for over 2 years. We have seen management change, but the staff has always been accommodating to our needs and extremely pleasant, which made me really wonder if it might have been the management in this case. One of my favorite sandwiches is the #9, but I love it with bacon. Unfortunately their bacon is just cured, not cooked "RAW" people and I ask for it on the side; so that I can cook it a minute in the microwave when I get home (without having to pick it out of my sandwich with mayonaise, which is not a good a good idea to cook). Today, my husband was told that they no longer add bacon to the side; "Only IN THE SANDWICH". When he told them that he was going some place else; the manager "Eric" stated that "that's fine, I don't care where you take your business and have a nice day". Unfortunately, this doesn't end there. I talked to Eric on the phone and told him my reasoning on the bacon and he stated that they were having "Staphing issues" and they were bring it back to corporate handling rules. One, if they are having staphing issues they really need to look at their under done bacon, and two, put it on the side so I can cook it!! Which made me think, do I really want to go to the this location, under the circumstances!?! Eric stated he called the owner and the general manager and each of these (idiots) guys stated that they will no longer allow anyone to order a sandwich with bacon on the side. Well, don't go to this location it has management problems, apparently STAPHING PROBLEMS PER ERIC, handling problems, and probably a whole lot of health violations. Read moreWorst service tonight- the kid at the counter was friendly enough, we dropped a tip, not just the coins from our change and waited on our sandos. Made quickly, and set upon the counter to pick up, 3 total. Typically, at this point someone will put them in a bag and send us on our way... however, our food just sat on the counter. When inquired for a bag, Kaylee replied, very loud and rude, "they are right there, get it yourself". OK? Our response was more toward each other, as my husband and I looked at each other and said "that was a bit rude", another staff member stood there, mouth agape and Kaylee dumbfounded- and we still had to reach over the counter to get our own bag. When you are in a position of customer service, I don't really expect much more than just that- customer service. Just don't be rude to people. Ever. The situation didn't end there- as the other two kids working with her, came over to see what had happened, her head was twitching around, as she explained how we were rude to her, I am sure, and the three of them watched us walk out, waving hands and rolling eyes. As Kaylee kept making a mockery of the situation, my husband asked for her name, so we could write a complaint, in hopes that the general manager or an area manager will see just how the employees are behaving- I see that this particular location has some work to do, hiring on people who are ready and willing to work, in this location that shows little to no appreciation and respect for their customers, as well as what the company is trying to portray. It was so bad, I had a half a mind to reach back into the tip jar, and take my unappreciated tip back.

Read moreI wish I could give them 0 stars, I have been waiting almost a month for a refund on my card! I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to me while working, I waited 45 mins before calling to see where my order was. When I called I was told they where very busy and my sandwich wouldn't arrive for a least another 30 mins. I couldn't leave work so I said fine i'd wait. 30 mins later my sandwich arrives and it was the wrong sandwich! I call back, I was told when the delivery driver comes back they will send the correct sandwich out. 30 more mins pass no sandwich, I call again this time no one knew what I was talking about! The manager finally finds my order and tells me she will send it out and refund my money and my next order is free. I waited another 30 -45 mins before the sandwich finally arrives, the driver told me how sorry he was and again said my next order is free and my money will be returned. I waited 3 hours for this stupid sandwich. Now a month later I'm fighting still to get my money refunded, every week I call and am told my money should be refunded, yet I still see no refund. Kacy the manager I'm dealing with blames their credit card company, yet I've been told by her twice she will call me and has never done so! Jimmy John's is not freaky fast, more like freaky slow! I doubt I'll ever see a refund from them! Horrible experience, horrible service and the sandwich was not worth the money or the time I've lost over this, I'll go to subway from...
