Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Littleton

My experiences at this specific Black Rock Coffee location have been a mixed bag, to say the least. While I enjoy Black Rock's offerings generally, this particular branch often falls short. There are days when my order is perfectly executed, but just as frequently, it's incorrect. For instance, today's order, like many others, was far too sweet despite requesting 'half sweet,' lacked sufficient coffee, and used the wrong milk alternative, making it undrinkable.

Beyond the inconsistency, Black Rock's pricing is considerably higher than other chain coffee shops like Dutch Bros and Starbucks. It's disappointing to pay a premium for drinks that frequently miss the mark, particularly when the apparent lack of care from staff results in an incorrect or subpar product.

Moving forward, I'll be frequenting local options such as Mango Tree Coffee or Lost Coffee, or heading to Dutch Bros, which consistently delivers on quality and value. I recommend others consider the same before wasting their time...

Before I write this, I have been going to the DTC Blackrock for years and I've never had anything like what I experienced at Belleview today

We pulled into the drive through behind 3 cars at about 10:10, and we spent 20 minutes waiting before there was any movement. When we eventually got to the order speaker. I had to tell the girl taking my order 4 times what I wanted, and continually correct her.

By the time we got up to the window. About 30 minutes have past, and every single thing about the order was wrong.

She even said "We don't sell that" to one of the items I ordered. They forgot to add almond milk to the orders too.

I did not pay for this order, or take any drinks. I drove away frustrated because a simple job of just taking an order, making that order became such a frustrating experience because she couldn't do any of it.

I'll be sticking to the DTC location where they actually have staff who know what...

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I loved coming here coffee was so delicious 😋. I have always had to wait 10-15 mins in drive thru. I was ok with it I just left my house earlier. Well this morning I waited in drive thru for 20 mins. I ordered 1 drink that was it. I get to the window and the girl starts reading me a long list of drinks and gives me the total. I told her that was not my order and I just had the 1 drink. She looked at me like she saw a ghost. Her co worker asked her "did I forget something" the young lady replied yes. She asked me to wait another 5 mins so they could make my drink. I had to go. I needed to be at work. I couldn't wait any longer. At this point it was almost 30 mins in the drive thru! These ladies were very unorganized and couldn't keep up. I suggest they need more training or an extra person in the morning. I won't be back to this location but I will go out of my way to...
