Don't really understand what happens at this taco bell in the evenings but one of your employees turns off the entire store around 8PM when she's there and ignores everyone that drives through. This has happened several times at this location and honestly it's really frustrating because I place online orders and those go through and I've waited around for 30+ minutes and have to cancel my order. The first time this happened the girl told me the computer system was restarting and it'd be 15 minutes I went to some other shops around for about 30 minutes no big deal and came back and she said the same thing so I left for a little bit again then the third time I came back there were other cars in the drive through getting their orders and right when it was my turn she cut me off and said the she couldn't take orders even though she just took all the cars in front of me and I was still just waiting on my online order. After that incident the girl just turns off all the lights on the outside and pretends shes not in there when cars drive through. Last night (9/8) was the same thing put in my order at 7:54 and pulled up and all of the lights on the outside were off including the drive through. There were a few people inside of the store but they ignored us as we sat at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes. Had to cancel my order again. I understand if you don't have coverage for their breaks that they have to shut down for 15 minutes but they need to turn off the online ordering, no reason my card should be ran and have to be refunded days later because no one was available to give me my order. This has happened several times over the last few months and I've driven by and seen all the lights turned off and note that that person much be working that evening again. The morning/afternoon crew has...
Read moreSo today I decided to make the bad decision of going to Taco Bell and pick up food since I was in the vicinity of this location. Ordered online, hopped in the car and drove over there. Got inside the store and although some of the ladies working there saw me walking in, none of them made any comment of acknowledgment. I sat and waited. About 3 of them made eye contact with me as the 6 of them were having social hour; no clients in sight drive up or inside. Kept waiting. The conversation was about some kind of benefits they qualified for or not. All in Spanish let me be clear.. at some point one of the ladies looks up and says “y esa que está esperando?” - whats that one waiting for?- while it may not sound rude in English translation, in Spanish it’s a little abrasive. So finally someone comes to the counter and asks me what’s what, I tell them I have an order, give the name and they hand it over. Mind you my food has been sitting there for a good while while these ladies didn’t once bother to ask me what I needed or at least say a simple “Hello, how can I help you”. It bothered me, not so much the fact that I waited, but because of the disrespectful way this lady addressed me. Point I’m trying to make is that you never know when people will understand what you say so be careful. I may look white and all but I am able to dominate a few languages, one of them being Spanish. Secondly customer service is important and I’m sure none of the 6 ladies working at Taco Bell would appreciate the treatment I received today at their location. And sounds like social hour kept going because I called twice afterwards and no one...
Read moreI have been living in this area for more then a year now, and almost every time I come to this location there is almost always an issue. And I'm not exaggerating when I say 8 out of 10 times I'm there it's a mess.
I've had order mess ups constantly. No sour cream seems to be absent from vocabulary when I order with others. I've had orders completely switch, like when ordering a crunchwrap box and getting the cravings deal. One time they actualy forgot a crunchwrap cause the left it in the press. And when I came back on it they gave me that same one, that was burned and overcooked. And the wait times in both in store and drive threw have been over 30 mins with no explanation and no compensation. Not even a sorry.
And as a worker in retail I don't want to complain about this. Everyone in the working word needs to chat and be social. It's healthy for coworkers and customer service alike. But there is a difference between chatting. And having all backs to work, browsing phones, and conversation with a large line both in and out.
There have been days where a upper manager is in and the store dose a 180. And when applied the store dose work. But it's too rare and not the normal mode...
