So I'm an addict of Starbucks coffee in general more like their Iced Green Tea latte, my order is usually very, very simple nothing too crazy or extravagant. Well, I normally go to the Starbucks near I-25 and E Hampden because they always get my order right to the T in perfect haha. Anyway, I go to the W Belleview Starbucks often as well because it's really close to my work so it's a pretty convenient location for myself. I've tried this particular location multiple times now just thinking maybe their staff was having an off day or maybe I was being too judgmental or my order is some how really hard to understand. Whatever the case may be, I kid you not I've only had my Iced Green Tea latte no syrup, with soy milk and well shaken,royally messed up multiple times. I've only had my drink made perfect maybe twice? I think the thing I don't like about this location is the inconsistency with their staff. One moment I have this delicious iced, green tea, soy milk subbie, latte that's so divine and the next some how they end up giving me regular iced latte, some sort of red tea iced drink, literally I kid you not. I'm not sure how green tea translates into a regular iced latte or some red passion fruit looking drink. But alas, maybe it is my fault for having such a complicated order? Hmm, well today I figured I'd try my hand once again, and today has kind of been my last straw, it tastes like there's creamer in my latte and not enough green tea? Ewwww....I just don't understand why they're so incredibly rude as well, please, please. If you can't get my order right at least just be friendly or get new...
Read moreThis Starbucks is by my dogs vet. I was very emotional today under a lot of stress & also I forgot to take my medication, my dog was going under sedation for the first time, etc …my normal Starbucks in Littleton butchered my order and it kind of just made my day worst (first world problems I know). I didn’t know if you could walk in a different Starbucks and have your order fixed but I figured I’d try and if I needed to pay for a whole new coffee that was fine. The person behind the counter (didn’t catch their name but they had a pink bow/scrunchie in their hair) apologized for the other Starbucks, told me they’d fix my coffee up right away, validated I was having a bad day, and didn’t charge me for a new coffee). Then the man who made and handed me my coffee said he hoped this one was better. Just goes to show you that small, kind human interactions can change the whole course of someone’s day and this Starbucks team definitely turned my day/mood around....
Read moreEmployees can be heard talking poorly about customers in the back and griping about how we have no respect for their personal lives. They were angry because we placed a mobile order 40 minutes before the app said they closed. They locked the doors/closed the drive thru 30 minutes before the stated closing time and were mad at us for it. Almost didn't get the online order I paid for 40 minutes before they closed because they already locked up when we got there. When we mentioned we were sorry but online it says they were open for another 30 minutes they corrected us saying no that's when we leave noting the 30 minutes of clean up they had to do. I'm not one to sneak in an order 2 minutes before something closes and don't appreciate being made out to be that person. Maybe follow your advertised operating hours or not be rude about it if you don't? There is a new location up the street so I will go there...
