You can easily increase your sales by atleast 40% if you can just schedule enough staff member and give them proper customer service training. We always get banana split dazzler from the last 8 years with caramel cone ice cream and after waiting for at least 20 mins in line only 1 Person ahead of us and 1 person working during lunch hour on a weekend was told we can’t do that. We only asked to replace the ice cream, which we have done at this location for the last 8+ years. Please hire schedule more staff during rush hour and train them better. Few customers left while we were waiting because the person was taking her sweet time with just 1 order...

Opens late, closes early, stops making milkshakes 1 hour before so they can clean stuff. Rude staff. I dont know who owns it but looks like the owner never cares for his location. I stopped by once to order milkshake 15 minutes after opening time. They wanted me to wait 30 minutes more when no one is there yet and i waited and mentioned i will place online order to save some time. 15 minutes later she starts making milkshake for someone and i am standing there and when asked she mentioned that online orders will be made 1 hour later. So i had to cancel the online order and pay at store again....

Haagen Dazs is my favorite ice cream so I stop in every time I find a shop and get a shake. Seems like many of there locations have closed. Didn’t care for the location of this one which was in a food court in an outdoor shopping mall.
