Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Livermore

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at any retail store! When we tried to make a return on a defective sweater, they refused and would not show us their return policy on such situations. We were returning in the 60 day period. The store manager threatened my husband and said, "Do you want to take it outside?" Wow, absolutely shocked that this is the store manager who is asking to fight with customers. Bravo! Great leadership example to the employees! We asked for his name and he refused to provide it. Doesn't matter through because we did report to corporate and opened a case against the store and employees.

I would encourage anyone who has received bad customer service at this place to contact their headquarters to notify. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated!

Been to Express outlet in Livermore outlet, express online it’s showing store closes at 7pm and at store they posted that closing at 6pm. I was at store main door at 5:58pm n door closed. One of store assistant came out n said store closed. I said I just have to return n leave. Then she went in talk another store assistant (Lisa as she mentioned in conversation), she said same thing and closed the door. I called on store number, Lisa mentioned, she closed Men’s entrance at 5:55pm and main door at 6:00. But when I reached the store at 5:58pm it’s closed both entrance. Mr Arthur (another store assistant) came n spoke to me for at least 15min, checked with both lady assistants. Finally told he will write a slip with store manager name n share, he didn’t come back for 15min, then I left…. Felt like not going to express outlet...

I hope this review brings the store manager some help from corporate. This factory outlet store was a disaster. There were clothes everywhere… on the floor, all over the dressing rooms in stacks so tall you can barely move or try on clothes. Lisa was trying her best to assist customers while also training some new hires.

This store needs help from other stores or a visit from their district manager. There was dust everywhere as well.
