McDonald's — Restaurant in Livermore

This place is absolute garbage. I decided to give this place a second try after what can be described a disastrous first impression of having an employee argue with me about what I was ordering. My first time in I ordered 3 dollar menu items and was asked how I wanted them if they want a cheese and this and that and whatever at the end they wanted to charge me almost $7. I said I wanted three $1 items. I don't know how they come. I don't eat here. I thought those were options for how they came. I didn't realize I was being up sold into spending more than twice what I was asking to spend. Now this is my second visit here and again there seems to be a serious competency issue at this location. Again I walked in and I requested "two $1 sausage biscuit things" and I received my one$2 biscuit. I said I think there was a mistake I ordered 2 $1 items. I do not stop at fast food to get a dollar menu item because I'm looking for fancy food. These now $2 items do not match the quality and portion of food one would expect. On top of that the icing of this ordeal is when I said I think there was a mistake I ordered 2 $1 items the guy at the front counter was laughing at me. This location is completely out of control. there seems to be no respect for customers on top of that the owner of this franchise seems to want to charge more considering it's just off the freeway. This location is really bad for the McDonald's name. I can't believe they want$5 almost with tax for 2 tiny child size sausage biscuits. Not worth my time. I will be stopping at Safeway from now on if I'm going to be spending $4 and I'm going to be walking out of there with a big old sandwicd made with real meat and vegetables not...

5/8/21 4:37PM. Frequent visitor to this McDonalds. I've always had great friendly customer service, and the fries and burgers are always hot and fresh. I've left a positive review for this outlet in the past. BUT. On this date, the customer service on the drive-through was unfriendly. They just didn't acknowledge you other than to take your order. No welcome, no thank you, no manners. When I picked up the food, I was just handing the drink and the bag, and the window was shut. No eye contact, no, have a nice day, or see you again. It's a massive departure from what I'm used to from this outlet. The fries were tepid and floppy, and the burger was all over the place. As far as I remember, the meat and salad went between the bread. This is not an open sandwich. Awful. Im only giving this a 1 star only cause I can’t give 0 stars! I’ve been going to this location for years since it’s closer to me then the location on first street. I’m constantly getting wrong orders or missing items. I’ve had to pull over before leaving the drive thru to check my order before driving home, which I shouldn’t even have to due since you’d think my order should be correct in the first place right? Wrong! Today I think I just had enough of this place. I ordered 12 cheeseburgers and only received 8. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I got home and was not going to waste more time, energy and gas going back there. My food would have been completely cold by the time I’d return. The worst part is yet to come. After taking a few bites of my cheeseburger, I pulled out a hair from my meat. Absolutely disgusting!!! Will NOT be going there again!!!
