Wendy's — Restaurant in Livermore

Visited at 8:10 pm 8/7/2022. Waiting in drive Thru. See employees messing around at back running in. Person taking orders at speaker really wasn’t paying much attention to customer ordering employee left his mic. On could tell he was to busy horsing around They pulled up, I then pulled up waiting to place my order, I sat at the drive thru speaker waiting 12 mins. Decided to pull up to window, Employee working the drive thru had no name tag, so I asked his name to properly speak to him, I was met with instant hostility and hesitation to even get a response, He then told me name hostilely, saying it was Jung, I asked him again just for proper understand he then answered again unkindly jung or juhn. I told him I have been waiting in the drive thru at the speaker for 12mins. He tried to blame it on the speaker. I advised him that it was the case and that he had left his mic open and could hear him and the other employee standing with him that it sound more like just playing around. I asked if I would be able to speak with a manger and again was abusivley answered. With “So”! Not understanding that hostile answer. I said I would maybe need to talk with manger or contact the corporate website posted at the window. I ordered (regular) chicken nuggets for 4 kids. When I pull up to the window, the guy tells me the spicy nuggets are ready right now or I'll have to wait for the regular ones. We said we'll wait because the kids won't eat spicy nuggets then he says "well I'm just saying the spicy ones are ready now". Then for 10 piece nuggets combo, they gave us only 4 pieces. I went up to the window with the bags of food (to the same guy working there) and I told him the situation & he said "I know we put 10 in there somewhere but ok". I don't know why he was having an attitude or if this is how he is, but he definitely doesn't need to be working...

It's a nice location but I've been there twice and each time they messed up my order. First I ordered a bacon jalapeno burger, they charged me for that then I got a regular cheese burger. Second time I ordered large fries and they gave me a small. So they charge me for the right order then give me the wrong food. Both times I was stopping by on the way to work so I'm unable to go back and correct it by the time I notice. Guess that's why ppl always check their food before they drive off, but even so....they need to get the...
