The staff at this location was not friendly, except for a young lady who came from the back to take my order. I waited 4 minutes to be acknowledged, but she was kind and helpful. However, the heavier set barista seemed overwhelmed and did not make any eye contact.
My order took a total of 10 minutes to complete. The two drinks arrived after 5 minutes, but my cinnamon coffee cake took an additional 10 minutes. I didn't understand why it took so long since the cake didn't need to be baked.

Read moreI don't think everybody was very happy today at Starbucks. When you tell somebody thank you you expect them to say you're welcome and if she can't call out your name well enough for you to hear it that's not gonna work especially when a customer tells the lady that are coffee's ready because she can't hear the lady behind the counter. If you choose to stay in the service industry, I hope you learn how to speak to people....
