It's quite possible the owner/manager had a bad day that morning, his bad day translated into me having a very bad morning for the 35 volunteers that I was feeding and having to back to my credit card company to dispute the $47 of donuts he never provided.
When I arrived to pickup my online order, I was literally was yelled at by the owner/manager for ordering too many donuts online. That's not my issue. How would I possibly know how many donuts you can make? The app only lets you order 3 dz at a time. The system allowed me to make 2 orders of 3dz.
They did not fulfill my 2nd order or 3dz and told me get the refund via the app. There's no such thing. I had to dispute the charge via my credit card for $47
They did not include cups, creamer, napkins, or sugar with the $133 order of 2 boxes of Morning Joe, 3dz donuts, 2 boxes of munchkins. I have never seen that NOT included in the carry out package that a Dunkin provides for large orders.
