I had come in on Monday June 30th around 10:45pm with my family, they went through the drive through to get food and it was taking a while (10 minutes) and we were still sitting at the speaker box so I did a carry out order and was hoping to be in and out. As my family got done telling the lady we had a mobile order I started to get out and the lady taking the order goes “These people are p*ssing me off”, I was gonna go inside and tell them what happened but it was a disaster inside. I walked in and they were a wreck, the manager was on the phone with someone, they said 2 people decided to go on break at the same time, and the lady taking our order was taking orders but not dropping or bagging food, so cars were building up and she wasn’t doing any more. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food. Paula was the only saving grace of this place, she’s the only reason it was somewhat decent. She’s the cook, she came from her cooking area to the front to take some of the customers orders that had been waiting for 30+ minutes, and she also started making my order by dropping fresh fries, etc. The lady that cussed at my family and wasn’t doing anything mad me very upset, but Paula stepping up and doing everything she could to get the orders out made this somewhat okay. Read moreI went to Jack in the Box earlier today to get lunch . Everything was going smoothly until I asked about the Red Bull infusion. No one could tell me a single thing not even the oz of the cans !!! Then when I got to the drive through a woman comes to window demanding I turn my wind shield wipers off !! I was trying to get them off but she kept getting louder . Finally I seen the number on the building asking how they were doing . I called the man on the other end starts asking who I was and how I got his number. He could not even tell me the oz on the can . They are selling a product they know nothing about . This man was so belittling and just extremely rude just like his staff . I explained to him I will be making a TickTock video about this horrible experience. I called 3 locations to get a name of a district manager. They all gave me a run around . I love Jack and the Box but I will never give my money to this company again. And I will inform the rest of the community on how they handle good paying customers. Also here is a message this man left me on my voicemail. I was not harassing this man I was trying to explain how his staff was treating a faithful customer. I can now see why Jack and the Box locations are closing rapidly. Read moreJust went thru the drive thru, it took us 15 minutes to get to the window. Because we are traveling I asked if we could just come eat inside, and we were told no they just closed the lobby. He hands me our food first, then took the money, then our drinks. The guy was very frustrated. We ordered 2 large teas, for him to fill one glass and say I am sorry we just ran out of tea, he asked if I wanted to wait while they made another batch, for his manager to tell him they weren't making anymore, which in turn we chose something else. The manager told him to go take a 5, after teceiving our food, I realized mine wasn't made properly, he said I will go have them make you another one, he comes back out and tells me they haven't remade upur sandwich yet, so I said that's fine I ate this one anyway. I asked the young man if I could possibly come in and use the restroom, he said let me go ask my manager. He comes out and says no.
