They've been having a lot of issues lately. I usually don't say anything but it's been literally the last ten times we went that something was messed up or half thrown together. I don't expect them to be super loaded, but I couldn't even eat my chicken chipotle melt today because it was stuck to the wrapper and fell apart when I tried to pull it off. Not the first time in the last week or so. I was only able to pick out my one decent and two tiny chicken chunks. Quesadillas have half the tortilla just tortilla, no filling. Could at least spread it out or put a little more filling. The last one I had only had chicken in one piece of my entire quesadilla, the rest was all cheese. We eat here a lot, and we don't expect perfection, but it would be nice if these improvements were made. I'm about to cut my husband back on his beefy 5 layer addiction. He eats here at least 3 times a week. We spend at least $100 a week at this location and are pretty understanding, so I hope y'all take this constructive criticism as motivation for improvement- after all, the happier the customers are, the more we spend, and if it's not busy, how can your boss give you hours? They used to turn their lights off and pretend they weren’t open but I guess they got reported so I gave it shot hoping it would change the quality as well. Messed up. I know this is fast food and the criteria is meant to get the job done but they go below even bad.
The food is absolutely terrible in the way it’s presented and you clearly see they overpower veggies and cheese to mask the little meat underneath. The managers attitude was stale just like her workers. We ordered a few of their most popular items and even after we were displeased with the results we didn’t complain instead we went back thru and ordered extra meat on the Doritos Locos taco that finally came with regular meat serving. Seeing the results we left so they couldn’t do anything behind the scenes. As much as I dislike them... the "business" side of them is legit.... you have to order what "you" want....It's all left on the customer... I'm oldschool, I like the person to person interactions. The dining room was clean, and had 3 other "seperate parties" sitting, eating. A few more stepped in out of tbe heat, but took their orders to go. Drive thru was steady flow as well. I love that the CHILI CHEESE BURRITO IS BACK... but, 3.99? I ate these every trip to Taco Bell. 3.99 for a chili cheese burrito, but the 7 layer burrito is 2.49🤔?
