I travel through Livingston weekly for medical appointments in Houston for my infant daughter. On Sunday night November 8th my wife and I wanted a quick bite to eat after we gassed up at a nearby station. The place was kind of busy but we got our orders in within 5 minutes of arriving. As we waited we watched as other people got their orders in, some for dine in like us, others for carry out. We waited....and waited...and waited. We watched as 2 other tables that had ordered after us recieved their meals. Every carry out order seemed to only wait 5-10 minutes before they recieved their meals. I went to the front and showed my receipt to the cashier and told them we had been waiting 25 minutes for our order and 2 other tables had been served that had ordered after us. I was told that they were really busy and sometimes they fill orders out of order because "thats just what we have on hand." I went back to my table. I waited 15 more minutes before I was about to have steam come out of my ears. It had been 40 minutes since I had ordered. I took my receipt up to the cashier and told him that I wanted my money back. The cashier got the manager, and the manager simply refunded my money with a "I apologize for the wait." No offer to serve me, or make it up to me. Just, here is your money back and sorry g'bye. This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. And I am not the only one they did this to. I will probably not...
Read moreI eat at a Whataburger on average twice a week in the Dallas area. Always great food, hit and fresh. I am visiting the area and was looking for a place to eat. I was relieved to see the Whataburger sign. I came in ordered a double cheeseburger with fries. The staff was friendly and polite. My order number was written on a cup (No tent) I took it and walked over to fux my drink. The floor was slick from being moped with a dirty mop. I made my drink and sat down. My order was out in less then a minute. I thought this was strange knowing it takes a few minutes to cook. The server was holding the condiment tray. I reached for it to get the items I wanted and she pulled it away, stating I will get you what you need. I told her and was giving the items. I took this to be rude, I'm a 50 year old man in not going to take more then needed. I unwrapped my burger and was not impressed. It was obvious that the meat he been sitting for a while. The cheese would not even melt. The fries were no better. They were warm but old. I have never seen Whataburger as a fast-food place. I've always seen it as good food served quickly. That's is not the case for this location. I was...
Read moreHi, my name is Sandra Shirley and I just moved back to Alaska Texas three months ago from Austin, Texas. I love Whataburger breakfast tacos. I always look forward to that, but that’s not what my review is pointing at this time what I have to say is that yesterday coming back from Splendora at 1:30 in the afternoon after most of the harsh rain had past. Needed to check on the lake house I reside in attempts to have some flooding spots. Once we arrived in Livingston around 2:30, we had made decision to grab lunch before we made it to our destination Onalaska. My boyfriend was wanting a Whataburger and we’re gonna grab fish for me from chicken express. Once we pulled up to Whataburger, I needed to go to the restroom as I walked in from the front door towards the girls bathroom. I slipped and twisted my right and left ankle. I was in pain all Saturday evening walking with a cane.. this morning I’m walking with crutches. When I want to say is that please look out for your customers on rainy days don’t want this to happen to anyone else train your employees on rainy days to non-skid mats leading to the restrooms.....
