So… this feels weird… because loyalty is something I take a lot of pride in, and I feel a bit disloyal to the coffee shop I had been frequenting for months, by writing this review. But a couple weeks ago stumbled upon a gold mine of good vibes, great energy, and delicious beverages. They’ve stolen my proverbial heart and my tastebuds.
A couple weeks ago, there was an event taking place in the evening around town. I had to play music at one of the local venues, but was feeling… not so perky.
I had remembered my ex taking me to a little place on Park St that was good, and while I hadn’t been back since she decided to turn in to apparition, I wasn’t gonna let a not so friendly ghost ruin my night. So I strolled over to see if they were open, and sure enough, they were slammed! (It seemed like a good sign at the time, and now I get it.)
So, keep in mind that I’m dressed pretty obnoxiously. But I got no judgement from the person behind the counter (who turned out to be the owner, another good sign). But having never been there, I was floundering in my inability to make a decision, and was probably holding up the line. I was recommended a Nitro cold brew. And, to be embarrassingly frank, it didn’t sound like what I wanted. I’d not had good nitro experiences in the past. But… me, being… who I am.. or whatever. Sparkly McSparkleton probably could have sold me toilet water and I would have drank it with a smile. But the nitro she gave me was astonishingly good. Better than the ones I tried in “big coffee cities” like Portland and Seattle. But like, I still felt loyalty to my other spot. I went about my night.
But when I woke up the next morning, and my coffee craving started creeping in, it wasn’t for my usual iced americano. It was for that bubbly, refreshing, cup of nitro magic. And I’ve been there most every day since. And today I tried their iced americano I usually get elsewhere and.. yeah. It’s just too good.
Luckily you don’t have to break up with coffee shops. Or feel guilt about going to different ones. But like.. it’s hard not to want to put a ring...
Read moreI was not expecting this place to be so good (after several bad experiences with coffee in Bozeman, Whitefish). But oh my gosh I need another roadtrip to come back. My iced vanilla latte was heavenly, my husbands brewed coffee was spot on and our breakfast croissants were just delicious. Flaky, crispy croissants filled with neat, morning goodness. The employees were cheerful and friendly, the seating area inside was clean and spacious with cute tables and chairs. If I ever make it back, I’m coming here. And before 1pm because that’s when they close in...
Read moreI want to give them a five star, but I needed WIFI and I couldn't use my laptop with their WiFi. (I work in Yellowstone NP, with no WiFi, and have to drive 100 miles or so to upload a video)). That being said, I had a breakfast bagel and it was loaded with bacon. The coffee was good, and the atmosphere was friendly and great. If the WiFi could handle a laptop, I'd be driving a 100 miles regularly to come here. Onward with the search, there has to be ONE coffee shop in Livingston with good WiFi and the ability to sit...
