So I got my hair done here May 22, 2021 and it was such a waste of money and time. I will never recommend this place to anybody that cares about their hair. Sydnee did my hair, it looked great until when I got home and the back of my head was burning uncontrollably, I had my mom look at where it was burning and there was still bleach left on my head, we wiped it out but it was too late for the damage. I washed my hair about 2 days later after getting it done, and all of the root blending washed out. I contacted Sydnee on May 25, 2021 and she said she would be able to fix my hair June 4, 2021. I told her that I had my school prom the 4th and asked if there was anything sooner and she told me no, she also questioned me on if what she did to my hair was actually her work. I contacted my old hairdresser and she said she could fix my hair May 27, 2021 so I went to her because my hair looked so insanely terrible. I contacted the salon to ask for a refund on the $180 I wasted on my hair, the salon told me because I didn’t give Sydnee a chance to fix my hair they cannot give me a refund. They kept denying me a refund because they said that nobody has ever complained about Sydnee. Every time I called they told me they cannot do anything about my hair. August 2023: I have been here twice and have had a great experience each time! I have been with Sara Grant both times-- the first time, just a trim, easy-peasy. This time, she was able to fully nail my stream-of-consciousness-in-a-text vision and came up with solutions for what I wanted that made sense with my level of maintenance & effort. She is up front with setting realistic expectations and exceeded mine!
