I always like to start with the positives! Our order made it to our front door FAST!! Unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about our last Dominos interaction. We recently moved back into the area. We used to be regulars a few years ago. Solid 4 stars back then. However we have ordered twice now and both times have been pretty bad. Last week our stuffed crust didn’t have alot of toppings and cheese inside. The corners were just bread so the two end pieces basically were just dough. I was less impressed with our entire order than I have ever been. We lived elsewhere for two years and man I guess you just don’t know how good you have it until its gone. Never ever a complaint at the other location. The Pizza.. I have read a few of the other reviews.. Underdone?? YES! the crust was not crust at all it was super pliable & a bit raw inside seemed like it didn’t have much cheese or toppings but it was fine otherwise. This was last week. We tried again last night our order arrived super fast & we were impressed right away but then when we looked out to see our driver standing at the door ... just standing there.. we ordered contactless delivery so we had tipped him in advance and pre-paid. The instructions said leave on the front pouch. So we kinda just stood there waiting for him to leave & he didn’t.. My bf opened the door and the guy handed him the food & was literally RIGHT ON TOP OF THE DOOR!! No gloves, No Mask Nothing!! My bf grabbed the order & was like uh thankkss in a pretty uncomfortable voice. He quickly got inside and we disinfected everything but WOW how weird!! Ive Never seen anyone stand SO close to the door!!! we open the box & our pizza must have been on a tilt at some point because it wasn’t in the center it was off to the side and many of the toppings and cheese had begin to slide. Again with the undercooked dough... Again with not alot of cheese & toppings..but I marked EXTRA cheese on this one.. the stuffed crust bread also again had hardly any toppings just the couple of middle bits were edible. This time we wrote on the website and called. We are giving this location a 3rd shot just because we have a credit but maybe we can use it at another location.. honestly I wouldn’t going to pick it up it really doesn’t have to be delivered. Read moreI placed an order through the phone for two pan pizzas and one classic garden pizza. The girl taking my order (jamie) on the phone said $22.27 would be my total. When I got there I was charged $26.47, I didn't question it when I got there because I thought maybe I misheard. But when I got home I listened to my dash cam and realized she did tell me 22 dollars. On top of it she was extremely rude and rushing me to order and the pizza was barely cooked and almost doughy and sloppily made. I called asking her if the total was correct and she immediately caught an attitude trying to correct me and then admitted to giving me the wrong total and hung up the phone when asking her what could we do about it because I'm already home. I worked at a pizza place for a long time and so did both my kids at papá John's. They both said that was a terribly rushed made pizza and that since she gave the wrong price she should be held accountable as a manager. I was easy going through all of this but when I called and she was responding like that after she made the mistake I had to write a review. This time, it was not a good experience! First, I ordered online (#169) through the app and ordered a LG. 3 topping pizza, pasta alfredo, and parmesan bread for a total of $36.27
Monitoring the App progress, I waited about 30 minutes to enter the store when the app said my order was in prep but ready to pick up in 1 - 20 minutes.
At that time, I learned that the order had not been started yet. It appeared the staff were not working well with one another, and one guy appeared to be doing most of the work while the other two did not have much hurry up in their actions.
Anyway, another 25 minutes passed while I waited for my order to be made.
Online, I paid $19.24 for a 3 topping large, and when I asked about the managers special and why I paid $7.15 more for the same thing. The staff member said he was unable to make any changes to my online order.
Very disappointing experience!
