1 star! I will try and make this as simple as I can. Went into the store the first week of August, picked out a loveseat and rocker recliner. We expressed that we are having new floors done and need to wait a few weeks and could we order them and pick up at the end of the month. Mark told us no problem and they will have them coming in on their next truck within 2 weeks and we can pickup when we are able since we left a deposit. Floors were 2 days shy of being completed, called and spoke to a Mya, she claimed to be the owner, even tho we were told the owner is a man and currently in the hospital. She told us they have a delay and don’t know when they will be in, won’t be longer than a month, but if we are in a pinch she can discount the floor model and we only have to wait on the single recliner. We said yes we need something and we will call on Thursday when they are done. Thursday approaches, call was made, she told us she would never offer that and we have to wait for what we ordered. The call went south as she kept telling us to shut up and listen to her. She told us we were incompetent and doesn’t understand why we can’t understand that she wouldn’t say that and does she need to talk slower. We ended up asking for a refund. We found American Freight, they had a reclining loveseat and sofa for $200 cheaper with a warranty that we were able to pickup. Don’t visit this place, take your business to Tony at American Freight. We also heard this place takes scrap furniture that is sent back from retailers and customers. We had a very positive experience with this company and its furniture. For our budget, we bought quality furniture for a very reasonable price. They will be our first stop next time we shop for furniture! I will recommend them to family and friends!

We spent hours looking at sofas in major box stores in our area and were disgusted with the high prices, high-pressure commission-based sales tactics, and mediocre quality for our price range. After scrolling past many furniture stores on a Google search, I found this company's information and tried them. The salespeople were friendly and very informative regarding the furniture makers and the construction of the furniture. They were not pushy or made you feel like you were wasting their time because you were unwilling to spend 5 grand on a sofa. We spent more than we originally wanted for a sofa, but we bought a sofa and a loveseat set for around $1400 (The final price reflects the tax and delivery fee)! The delivery fee was reasonable, and they were timely, friendly, and respectful. They set up the furniture exactly where I wanted it and ensured I was happy with it and its placement before leaving! August 2015 I purchased furniture at this store!!!!! This was the worst furniture buying experience I ever had! My family lives in West Bloomfield and we search for over a year for a sectional for our family room. We finally ordered one from this store, we waited two months for it to constructed and shipped from North Carolina. Upon arrival, the sectional was poorly made and the fabric appeared loose and dry rotted. The frame is horrible. I contacted the store and the owner was so rude, Basically told me I was on my own. There is no warranty and nothing I could do. I was stunned that these shady practices exist. He said my receipt was the warranty and it was only valid for 7days and after I signed for the furniture it was mine as is.. We are now stuck with a $1,700 sectional that was purchased in August and looks like it's 5 years old. Please go the the well know furniture stores, who will at least stand by their product.
