Arrived at 9:15 on a Monday night. There was no one in the store and all of the ingredient bins were out on top of the counter. It looked like they were closed and putting away the food, but they said they were open until 10. They were out of meatballs (probably because they were putting everything away). I asked about the bins being out and they insisted that it was just cleaning they do from time to time when nobody is in. They made my sub while slamming the bins back into their spots and struggling to find the ingredients, and also spilling meat into the “freshly cleaned” slots. When it was time to pay, I had to wait over 5 minutes for the register to turn on. Why turn off the register when you are still open? Why take all the ingredients out while you are still open? All signs indicated that the two young ladies working wanted to close up early. I can understand if it was minutes before closing, but this was a whole 45 minutes! 4 other customers came in while I was there! The cashier was checking her phone while waiting for the computer to power up, and as the cherry on top, I had to step over a broom and dust pan to grab the subs because they left it over the counter in the middle of the floor. Read moreI ordered online and really everything went south after that. The store was not manned, it was empty, and half the order was on the shelf. After going to my car, then back inside, still nobody. Finally a girl arrived from the back. She offered zero in assistance when I found the cookie I ordered wasn’t in stock. After some back and forth a guy emerged from the back and suggested the choco chip as an alternate-at least he was helpful. The girl just pointed to the chips when I said they were not in my food bag. Now the food- they used to toast subs and ours were not toasted. They were ok, but not like they used to be before the revamp. We’ve been longtime customers but we won’t be going back to this store EVER. I don’t really understand how they want their new system to be, as I saw seating where you used to stand and tell the person what you want. Read moreOrdered a sub online for my son who was traveling the next day. Arrived to pick up the sub and it was gone. We thought it was odd but figure our son must have grabbed it. About 20 minutes later we figure out he did NOT pick it up. I tried calling but they are closed even though they are advertised to be open still. Call the next day to speak to a manager about getting my money back. He refused to give me my money back. He suggested I dispute the charge on my CC bill. He also suggested I call corporate, when I asked for the phone number he said, "I don't have it, a simply google search you can find it". I am shocked and disappointed at the lack of customer service. An appropriate response would have been, "I am so sorry this happened, what can we do to make this right?"
