The girls behind the counter are absolutely the most unfriendliest and rudest I’ve ever met. came in on a Saturday morning around 11 o’clock. There’s a girl that works the register that has dark hair, never cracks a smile and is so rude! She definitely does not want to be working at all. People like this should not even be working with the public! I had an issue with ordering donuts and received the wrong ones when I told the girl about it she completely was snippy to me about it! And it was her fault as she did not listen to me! Then she (dark haired women) had the audacity to go behind the counter and gossip about the issue with the other coworkers, very unprofessional! The bathroom for the women’s is filthy. My husband told me the men’s is the same way. The floors are dirty, napkins on the floor. Tables are not cleaned and when there’s no customers they’re standing around chitchatting. This location is close to my home, but I will definitely be driving out of my way to go somewhere else maybe Dunkin’ Donuts. Come on management do better for your customers and your ratings. I have been work in the same plaza with Tim Horton long before the shop just open it's door. I have been gone there since, but lately because of the Covid-19 they close the dine in area; it is just inconvenient to get in the car and dri-thru order since work in the same plaza. So I walk up by the dri- thru window to order some coffee and order and give a suggestion that if they don't let people dine in at least let people walk in order and walk out. While I stand there wait for my coffee I notice a few coins was on the ground I picked up and the lady was at the window ( she was blonde short heavy weight with the glass in the 40s) told me: "They weren't your give back to me". I placed a mobile order for 5 drinks at 12:20pm from this location and when I arrived to pick up my order the manager claimed I ordered to the wrong store because she didnt see any mobile orders on her screen. She sent me 3 miles down the road to a different location. The manager at that location informed me that I was lied to and sent me back to the first location. Spent 15 minutes talking with the manager, Shakia I believe was her name, who only continued to claim that I didn't order from this location and she couldn't help me. I kept showing her my app with my order and it took another couple of minutes, 50 minutes total for me to recieve my order. Being a manager in the food industry myself, understand that computer systems mess up and orders get lost sometimes but to have to go on a runaround and wait almost an hour for my order is...
