I had such a great experience at Sushi Blue! The sushi is absolutely amazing – easily the best in the area. Sushi rolls were super fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The ginger salad was delicious, with a house-made dressing that really stood out. I also loved that they had great options for kids, which makes it a perfect spot for families.

The kimchi fries were such a fun and unique snack – a perfect balance of spice and flavor. And the ramen was so comforting and delicious!

This is one of the newest sushi places in Livonia. It Is a very small restaurant located on Plymouth Road. When we visited there were just another couple in the restaurant not busy at all. We are told to sit wherever we wanted and were quickly seated. We ordered two sushi rolls and a bowl of soup. The soup was quick to come but the sushi since they were made to order took a few minutes longer. Food was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I don't like the atmosphere though. They play music through the overheard speakers which is way, too loud. Annoying. It's so loud you have to shout at the girl at the register so she can hear you. Music should be low, in the background, not interfering with conversation.
