On Saturday, March 9, 2024 went through the drive-through of this Tim Hortons location placed my order got to the window of the pay. The person at the window was rude snatched my card out of my hand, ran my card and gave it back to me no receipt gave me my food. My order was a large Oreo, iced Capp, a chocolate chip muffin, chocolate, frosted, donut, and a vanilla dip. Doughnut, a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. I received all of my food. Issues were as follows Oreo ice cap tasted like cleaning chemicals, the plain bagel toasted with cream cheese was not toasted. The cream cheese was expired. The chocolate chip muffin was going stale. It was soft and hard at the same time like it was sitting out for a couple days. The donuts definitely were not fresh. Tried to call the establishment a few times between 920 and 1020 with no answer it rang and rang and then finally said the Verizon customer trying to reach cannot be reached at this time, which also leaves me to believe they use the cell phone. This is not the first time in the last week. This is happened. The first time I wrote off mistakes happen, but the second time not so much and the fact that the franchisee owner the managers will not answer the phone and I know they’re not gonna respond to this because they do they ignore all complaints just solidified the fact that I will never visit this Tim Hortons or the one in South Lyon, which is another one that sucks Tim Hortons is off the table for me whoever reads this review. I hope it’s helpful. I hope you stay clear or at least be prepared for expired food, dried food, not getting the order...
Read moreI love Timmy's coffee so much but this location is the worst! Sometimes it's randomly closed which is weird, and consistently the employees sound irritated and rude and they can't ever seem to get my order correct no matter how simple. I went this morning and ordered 1 XL double double, a medium black coffee, and a 10 pack of Timbits. I had to order the Timbits twice because she didn't add them to my order on the screen, even though she asked twice if I wanted them assorted. When I pulled away from the screen, my total was $15 and when I got to the window my order was $18. At the window, they didn't have my Timbits. I asked her to please add them to my total because I did indeed order them and she told me they couldn't do add ons at the window. The woman who took my order said I did order them, and they proceeded to do an add on and charge me another $3. I wasn't offered any receipts but I'm certain I was charged twice for them. In addition to that, they gave me two double doubles instead of a medium black. I won't be returning to this location, and I recommend you save yourself the trouble too. The ones on Plymouth and Main or Wayne and Warren are worth the...
Read moreEdit: We came to this store again, which was a huge mistake. The sign literally says that they close at 8. We pulled up to the drive thru and had someone literally scream thru the mic, “WE’RE CLOSED!” Excuse me, I work in retail too, and that is NOT how you speak to people. Have some decency and address people like humans.
Let me start off by saying that I LOVE TIM HORTONS!! But... just not this location. They can never seem to get our orders right, whether it’s placed online or at the drive-thru. My dad placed an order online for a bagel for him and my mom with strawberry cheese, and one with plain cream cheese for me. We get to the drive-thru to pick it up, and lo and behold, it was wrong. Both of my parents’ bagels had strawberry cream cheese on one side and plain cream cheese on the other side. Mine didn’t even HAVE any cream cheese on it, and when my dad pointed that out, they charged him another $1.06, when he had already paid for it online. I truly don’t know what is going on at this location, but I would DEFINITELY take the extra effort and go to the Tim Hortons on Plymouth Rd (150 Plymouth Rd, Plymouth MI). THEY know how to pay attention and get your...
