During Covid-19, they experienced limited food items. Thats understandable. They were out of several items and drinks, but that's out of their control. However, the rudeness through the driveway speaker was not warranted when I asked what they had. I was only asking as there was really no indication of some items availability or not. Any how, after making my order, another voice came over the speaker as I was trying to make the other part of my order and gave me the wrong total and told me to pull up. When we got to the window, she had no idea what I was talking about and didn't know about half my order. After some explaining, she rudely added that order. We got our food and checked just to make sure we got everything. When we got home we had an extra fry in the bag. Sounds like a good thing, but no. The fries were all cold. My med fry was half warm and warm room temp. My baconator was definitely microwaved and nearly smashed. Same went for the Jr chessburger, which was cold and had bacon for some reason. Coke and Dr. Pepper were 3/4 full and hardly any ice, and everything in the bag was super greasy. Now, I expect fast food to be a little greasy, it is what it is but all the sandwiches were soggy with grease. Same for the bag. I had asked for a receipt and was told it was in the bag, but it course it wasn't. I tried to call and asked for a manager but they send to call tomorrow. I'm not one to complain or even bothered by sub-par service, just shut up and eat but seriously, this Wendy's sucks. Unprofessional staff that rush people through with no coordination. Saying I'll never return to this location may be true but doesn't really affect them at all. But trust me, drive further away if you want better. They may have ups and downs in food but the service is always horrible. Management needs workers to work on their basic customer service better. 4 months ago Today: ZERO STARS IF I COULD. 2 young guys in there working that have no idea what's going on. When I was first ordering he tried to tell me what I was ordering wasn't on the menu. 4 for 4 Jr. Cheeseburger??? Once I got to the window I couldn't hear a word either of them were saying. Asked me 4 different times what my drinks were. Still got them wrong and proceeded to argue with me about the drinks. I sent back nuggets and fries because they were cold and hard. The one guy says I'm just here collecting money. They want $15 an hour and don't want to do their job or have any kind of customer service. They continue to laugh and joke as their manager is working on orders and their just standing there. Manager brings the bag doesn't say I'm sorry, thank you or any kind of apology just here you go. Manager needs speak up and manage the place. You can't let your employees run all over you. I'm hoping that the GM or DM sees this and does something.

He started off by saying One sec which is fine then went in to saying what do want with a sigh. I get that it's hard working long hours and nights I used to work fast food back in my day. And never have I once said what do you want? I ordered and waited in line for 30 mins behind a car that need to be pulled up for sure if his order was not done. My food was cold and incorrect..I have a child waiting on hot food so I have no time to go back and complain to get the correct order.
