Wing Snob — Restaurant in Livonia

PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD! This used to be my favorite place for wings. Not anymore. The last two visits were not great but this last visit was especially terrible. I was going to give them a pass because I ordered on New Year's Eve and it was busy which is understandable. But after I got my order and seen how messed up it was I take that pass back. Ordered 40 piece traditional wings, and they had two of my wing sauces wrong. The chicken was overcooked to the point that it was hard to even chew the meat like it was heated up in the microwave for way too long. Then there were a few that seemed like they were undercooked. I ordered three desserts. I only got one of the actual desserts that I ordered. And they charge me for an extra dessert. When I told the guy when I picked up the order that I only ordered three desserts and was charges for 4 he simply took one out of the bag and he said it will be refunded. It still has not been refunded. When I pointed out that I ordered three different desserts he said that only the strawberry parfait they didn't have but didn't even try to see if they had the other desert that I requested. He gave me all the same dessert. When you opened the container for the carrots they smelled terrible. Like they had been sitting for too long out in the open. And the little bit of water that was in the bottom of the container of the carrots looked cloudy. Those instantly got thrown away. We requested Ranch and bleu cheese and only received blue cheese. The last straw was that when someone finally went to eat one of the desserts there was mold on the top. The date on the bottom of the desert said 1/5. When I called the store back I explained my issues with the order. The girl that I talked to had a hard time understanding the issues. She took my phone number and said that the manager would call me back. I never received a call. I definitely will not be ordering...

Ordered The Lafayette online. The sandwich was impeccable. The onion ring wasn’t soggy or greasy. The fillet/chili/cheese ratio was spot on. There’s just enough to where it’s sloppy and spills over, but the onion ring gives the chili some room to sit right in the middle. It’s a sloppy beast of a sandwich and should only be eaten by the bravest of hearts. Boxed perfectly. No over spillage, stacked right and withstood the handoff shakeup. Whatever evil master mind that was hired to concoct such epic monstrosities such as this….deserves a raise. Now add a spicy option and I’m sold forever. Perfect flavors. It’s like someone read the far chapters of my diary and devised such a beautiful creation. This will be my cheat day meal for the next week. You’ll need a fork for SURE. The chili is coney spot on. Cheese sauce doesn’t disappoint. And the onion ring is the perfect touch. You get that onion flavor you love on maybe a chili dog or as an add on for chili cheese fries, in its crispiest form. The ring isn’t skimpy or small; it fits perfectly and gives the chili a great holding spot. And that chicken? Juicy, tender, not too crispy or over breaded. Breading doesn’t slide off. Simple flavors so nothing is overwhelming or taking away from the overall cohesion of ingredients here. Staff was cheerful in greeting, very energetic, helpful. Had chicken from another location and they definitely do not miss. Great staff selection across the board, chicken was juicy and flavorful, restaurant was clean and the menu straightforward. Can’t wait to try more from this chain, I don’t believe anyone could be disappointed giving a dish a try from any location. Stay tuned for more cheat day meals. Side note: Also did a DoorDash pick up. Staff and kitchen were quick, communicative, and patient....

First order at this new location. So excited to see this new restaurant when I drove past earlier this week. 🙂

App is super easy to navigate and I was able to place my order without any issues.

Immediately upon entering I was greeted, which is always nice. Order was ready on time and presentation when I opened the box at home was fantastic! Everything was delicious, I love that you can order 50/50. This really helped because I haven't been to WS in a few years. Both wings were great but I really love the boneless wings due to the minimal coating and amount of chicken as compared to BWW. 😉 BWW coating is too heavy in my opinion, Wing Snob is far better. Nice amount of ranch for the price and of course the corn bread is also so so good. The corn bread is definitely something I remembered from prior visits long ago.

Five stars all around, I just hope it continues to be! So happy to have a location not far from home. I will definitely be a returning...
