Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lockhart

I’m going to amend my review. I’m going to leave my original review up because pulling it down doesn’t show the whole situation. And I believe good reviews should show the results as well. I want to call out Marcus the G.M. for handing my situation with the greatest compassion and understanding. He has made things right. Unfortunately I still will not return to this location but maybe now going forward things will turn for the better.

I ordered on the app, for pick up ahead of time. Knew I was there earlier and just sat back until the male employee this evening asked what order I was waiting on. At that point I looked up at the portal and was like awesome I’m here for that order right there. Grabbed my order and proceeded to home. And not everyone stays 2 mins from Lockhart. I expect not a hot pizza but I expect correctly prepared and properly heated pizza.

So I’ve paid for this meal for my family and it wasn’t anything we order. I’m going to say as far as I’m concerned this isn’t a “ I’ll check my order next time” ; It’s the “I’ll never go to this ocation ever again” moments. I do t suggest this location one bit. I’ve been trying to contact the store and have been placed on the counter hearing the whole stores conversations. 32 mins...

This place is a joke. Made an online order and went to pick up the 4 pizzas and all of them was made wrong tried to call less then 45 mins later ( after I got home and looked at the pizzas) and no answer called over 12 time between to ppl and still nothing called the next day not long after they opened and talked with Manager Chase and he was rude and mad we was making a complaint and said if we wanted to talk to someone above him we needed to find that info out so we called the toll free number and finally a week later the DM called me and he was not much better about the service and the pizzas. He did say he would have the pizzas remade and I told him I could be there at 7 pm that night went there at 7 and nothing no pizzas and the Manager on duty said he had no clue what I was talking about and asked me what I wanted him to do finally he spoke with his boss and got the OKAY to remake all of our pizzas so I had to wait yet another 30 mins for them. I checked the pizzas before I left and tell me why they still have no clue how to make the pizzas. When I pay for extra mushrooms I expect to get extra mushrooms and why do they only add a small hand full. When I brought this up to the on duty manager he told me he can remake it but it will be another 20 mins. He also told me if I have a problem with the way the pizza was made take it up with the kid making it and said there are your pizza have a nice...

I have to say, I’ve been to this location maybe 3 times now but I’m thinking that yesterday 12/31/24 will be my last time ever using this location. Service is always pretty crappy and there seems to be some sort of confusion on how to greet customers when they walk in the store. You would think if customers are walking in you would say “be right with you” or “welcome in”…something! Instead, the kids working look at you 500 times and just leave you standing there as if you don’t even exist. Then finally after 15-20 minutes of just standing there being overlooked you get asked “did you need something?” I can’t even begin to explain how annoying this was and is. People are coming in asking for hot and ready pizzas yet there are never any available no matter the time of day and it’s ALWAYS a 20 minute wait! How’s this so? I’m sure I can speak for several others in this location yesterday as it was packed with complaining and unhappy customers. Another thing, my kiddo had a drink while we were waiting and asked where the trash can was to throw it away when we were done waiting. We were told “there’s no trash can here right now”. How weird considering I’m pretty sure you guys have trash cans. I think I will stick to other locations for my LC pizzas from now on, or better yet, just find a new pizza...
