Arby's — Restaurant in Locust

Pulled up and I was the only person in drive threw, the parking lot had maybe 1 customer inside I got a number 6 Burger, NO LETTUCE NO TOMATO NO ONIONS, I wanted just cheese ketchup and mustard or whatever the burger sauce is, I waited in the drive thru for 15 min got given an extra curly fries for my wait while 3 ppl looked at the monitor and watched one or two ppl in the kitchen work, finally got my food handed to me and left. I get home to open the burger and it's loaded with lettuce tomatoes and onions called up there to ask if the 3 stooges that watched the order monitor and the meals get packaged can read and the manager (probably stooge 1) ask what I ordered when all I asked is if they can read because I don't have to repeat my order for you to find it in the system when if none of the ppl can read the screen placing orders is useless just give em what you feel like making is what I feel like I'm getting won't be back at Arby's again and it's relatively new how are y'all messing up single orders when y'all an empty store guess that also explains why they are empty and took 15 minutes to cook and give the...

Tonight I stopped at the Locust Arbys. The wait was extremely too long. They may want to do like all the rest of the fast food places and have the car pull up a wait for someone to run the food out if it’s taking longer than expected so the others don’t have to wait forever behind them. Especially when their food has been ready and is now getting cold waiting for them to make it up to the window.

The Food and service at this location is unpredictable. Half of the time we have been, the food was decent, while the other half it has barely been edible. Unfortunately tonight was one of those nights. The food was cold and appeared to be a day old. The curly fries literally tasted like if they have been reheated three times in the microwave, and now are rubbery and nasty. And the macaroni cheese was basically congealed. That was just the start of it.

Now we all know Arby’s is not cheap fast food, so I definitely expect for it to at least be hot and a little fresh. I would prefer to keep supporting my local restaurants and will definitely give them another shot but I really hope they figure out something before...

Edit: I don’t want to hash bash arbys. And I know they are struggling to find employees so the ones that are working I am thankful for. But every time we go, we have to ride back up there. And I mean every time. They forget our RB Sandwich.. or they give us the completely wrong sandwich. That time I went back, they got it wrong 3 more times. Idk what to say. I could see one mistake maybe even two. But it’s every single time we have to drive all the way back up there and by the time we get back the food we originally ordered is cold.

I’m just waiting on y’all to open. We have literally been crossing our fingers. We needed an Arby’s in locust! Arby’s is the BEST fast food there ever was! Better than McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, etc. I love y’all’s thin tasty roast beef!...
