This location started great the first few months, now it's just extremely long wait times, and incorrect orders consistently. A cold brew shouldn't take 25+ minutes to make. I usually go through the drive-thru but the wait time is so long that I decided to walk inside today. My order isn't even complicated. Grande no ice cold brew, add heavy cream and vanilla cold foam, Grande iced green tea. I requested a refund politely after the long wait and I was informed I should just call the 1800 number and offered a $4 gift card since I paid with the app. What seemed like a godsend to finally get a Starbucks in the locust/midland area and not have to drive to the Harrisburg or Albemarle rd location has just been a repeated letdown these last few weeks. I would rather make the drive and have my order made accurately, without waiting a half hour or better, make my coffee at home. This location lost two daily customers who tip rather well when deserved. I personally never want to come off as "that" customer and try to remain reasonable. I understand that businesses can get busy or overwhelmed with new staff. However, I overheard an employee laugh about forgetting to start making my order to another employee. This same location has added ice to my cold brew 6+ times after requesting no ice and a receipt and cup sticker reflecting my order correctly.    Read moreSo I litteraly order everyday its an embarrassing đł habit đ shhhhhhh. Teresa is AMAZING along with only like one more, I'll get her name tomorrow. But I will stop going on Wednesday when Teresa is off and let me tell you why!!! I order my drink 15 minutes away from my drive way when I leave for for work. Plenty of time to make a drink. And everytime Teresa is off I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes longer for my drink to be ready! I know it's hard to believe one person makes that big of a difference. But she really does. I remember the other day I came up there and completely forgot to order on the app. Teresa was there and she welcomed me and asked me "Same thing?" And I looked at her confussed cause I honestly can not riddle off my order, I have to read it or just use the app lol đ đ and she did right then and there. Down to the cold foam and almond milk.... from probably muscle memory at this point. But it never fails when she is there my drink is ready in 15 minutes, busy or not, and if she is off, it's a guarantee of at least an additional 15 minute wait sometimes 25. I would like to see a good worker like that enjoy her weekends off and only work Monday through Friday so I can get my coffee on time and not be late for work on Wednesdays.    Read moreThis is the third time in a couple months that this particular Starbucks had a âlate startâ and nobody was there when I came through to pick up my order. This time I got ten minutes down the road for my mobile app to alert me that my order was in progress. I turned around since I had already spent $12 and the only way to get a refund is through their customer service number which does not even open until after 8 am. I pull up and they tell me they still donât have anything ready. Why did you have my order âin progressâ if youâre just going to tell me you donât have anything available when I pull up several minutes later? So disappointed: Iâve been a regular customer since this location had opened but this will be my last visit because Iâm tired of having my time wasted.
Edit- I also wanted to add that while this location has ONE friendly person who works here and is consistent in her attitude and customer service (and the reason Iâve continued to come back), the majority of people Iâve encountered are pretty awful.
