Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Locust

I like many others was happy that Zaxby’s arrived in our area, but after visiting many Zaxby’s before I was again underwhelmed with their chicken wings. All tenders and other sides are great, but the chicken wings seemed to have come from chickens that were stricken with polio. So little meat on the bone that it caused them to overcook the wings becoming so hard that I almost felt like I broke a tooth. After ordering 10 wings and getting home I was unable to eat but five of them then returned back to the store, which they graciously replaced the order, but unfortunately, with the same results. I recommend anything but the chicken wings I actually had better chicken wings...

The response from the "owner" indicates the problem. A 2 star review is hardly a good experience. You try to use their feedback website and it can't find a location. Done with this Zaxby's.

7/19 1300 hours I ordered two Big Zax Snax Meals. Toast was barely warm and soggy. French fries at room temperature. Worst of all the Chicken was at Room Temperature! (A health violation). I would skip this place.

Just waited 15 minutes+ for food in empty dining room.. One sandwich meal order. No one acknowledged me when I walked in and stood at counter. They assume you’re there for pick up I guess? Not crowded-just no one taking orders. Then food was put in delivery pick up, so more confusion.. Had coupon from my app but they were so ill equipped to take a simple order I said forget it. Lots of employees, just no service. Expect more...
