Changing my previous review after my experience today. Waited in line for 30 minutes (dining room closed, only one drive thru lane opened). Only ordered TWO ITEMS. A Whopper Jr sandwich only no ketchup, no cheese and a value onion ring. I get to the window and the cashier asks for $7.70. I explain that I think she is mistaken. I repeated my order to her and she said, "Yeah it's $7.70" with an attitude. I questioned her again saying that the sign says a Whopper Jr is $2.99 and a value onion ring is about $1.50. She says, "Are you wanting the big or little one?" I repeat for the THIRD time. Whopper Jr, no ketchup, no cheese. She fixes the order and my new total is around $4. I have to wait while she acts like she's telling the sandwich maker about the mistake. She hands me the bag. I pull off (already been in line 40 mins) just to realize she didn't change the sandwich, that she gave me a Whopper and that it has cheese on it. Not everyone wants a giant burger and I think cheese ruins them. This location needs to hire people who can do a simple task like listen.

Staff members watched and stood around not doing anything yet they were too busy to apologize for the delay and could have taken the order in less than five minutes. If you donât have good or enough staff close the dining room and just have drive through. Obviously they couldnât handle both. Management wasnât any help because she wouldnât take our order either. I understand being short staffed and busy but ignoring customer, and not wanting to remedy the problem was unacceptable! Normally I am patient but between that and other nosey customers intruding on my conversation I will definitely be contacting corporate. This is not acceptable for a business regardless! You absolutely can't get through the drive through you wait and wait til you finally have to leave, they will have two lines backed up and who ever is working the drive through doesn't know which side they are talking to so they wind up only taking orders from one line for a while, i waited a long time in my line and they finally came on my speaker only to fuss me out for ordering a combo when they say they are out of fries when I haven't even ordered yet. I tell him I haven't ordered yet and he doesn't believe me , I tell him I've been sitting here waiting patiently for quite a while and then he gives me some wise crack about how many minutes and seconds I've actually been sitting here so I just leave and get my food...
