Seriously. I order delivery, I get a text like TWENTY MINUTES before scheduled delivery that the delivery guy is unable to find my address. No one has been unable to find my address, certainly not the past several delivery people from Amazon Fresh. Then the delivery guy shows up, delivers only one of two bags on my front steps which is certainly quite accessible, and I get a text claiming that only partial order was delivered because the other part of the order was undeliverable or refused at the door. Well I certainly didn't refuse it, and if he could get one bag onto my front steps, what was the particular challenge with the other? I go on to the Amazon app looking for an option to get help, but when you click on that option for that particular order, it brings you to nothing related to that order itself. So after some fumbling around on Google, I managed to find the help phone number for Amazon Fresh. I speak with the guy, he definitely understands, he says that he will get a replacement order out to me right away for the missing items. he works quickly, I get a text stating that they are working on the order, I get another text stating that it is out for delivery, then I get another text stating that my order has been canceled. And as I had emphasized to the person when I called, that half happened to be my dinner plans and it's now past 10 pm. I don't know if these people are stupid or stoned, and I've got nothing personal against either characteristic but at the same time, it most certainly shouldn't be my problem. Having somebody follow a grocery list and deliver it to a provided address in this day and age of GPS should not even require adult supervision, a GED, maybe not even a state of complete sobriety, to have successfully performed. However, it is my impression that Amazon, particularly in its delivery from this particular store, really needs to get their house in order. And I went to call back about it, but after sitting on hold for a while longer yet again, I figured the hell with it. They've simply lost a customer. If you want to roll the dice, go right ahead, but I personally cannot recommend it. Don't place a delivery order if you are counting on it for your meal that day. Me? I'm done. Trying to place a delivery grocery order should not result in two little juice for the squeeze. I could completely understand, and always have, when an item or four are unavailable, out of stock. It would be nice if they did a better job keeping there inventory data in order, but I'm not going to grumble about that, the same thing would happen to me if I was the one going to the grocery store doing the shopping, you know? But not getting the full order of everything that was in stock to my house as selected from THEIR options? TWICE in one night? And the fact that I should not have to be wasting my time with a customer service on something like this? Done done done. They would have to wave one hell of a carror in front of me really making it worth my while to give them another shot and not share with people this frustratingly preposterous experience, and I don't think I'm just "hangry" right now, but I darn well shouldn't be hungry right now and having to figure out something else to do for dinner because an order placed FOUR hours ago of items that were in stock packaged to be delivered - TWICE - somehow never found their way to my ungated...
Read moreGreat prices for members. Efficient and quick and easy pick up or delivery. Not super crowded/ and close and convenient. : 10/10/25 I am changing my review due to the reasons below. The other day I came in and I wasn’t lost but the manager (middle aged tall guy maybe Greek) had asked me if I needed help. I actually really did and he kindly showed me to where I needed. I left the store feeling great that was amazing customer service as a business professional myself. Now today I go to the store and as I get to checkout I realized one of my seasoning were pouring out of the packet I said excuse me to the girl by the registers bc I’m assuming she was in charge of self check out and nothing I then hit the help button. After about five minutes she randomly show up and I told her can I please leave this here and go run and get a new seasoning she said yes. She took the packet and proceeded so I quickly run across the store to get a new seasoning. As I come back she is there and mother work magically shows up and looks like he’s about to clear out all my shit I scanned. Like she’s right there! Why wouldn’t she tell him? So I explained to him what happened and he looked at me crazy and turned away. I’m just wondering like how many people work here? It’s seems a lot but when you actually need help it seems no one is working or they are on their phone. Mind you every aisle has personal shoppers in it and they can be quite rude and I see them making fun of some of the customers. I really love this Amazon because it’s close convenient and I’m sticking by the good service I have received here like the one manager. If these other people don’t want a job, I’ll gladly take it myself. For instance, if the girl was simply gonna take the packet she could have offered to run and get me a new one it wasn’t busy. I’m just talking about overall customer service. So many people there yet when your lost and can’t find things no one can help and when you ask they don’t know. They don’t care. I will continue going because like I said it’s two blocks away and I like their selections and prices. I just question some of the...
Read moreAmazon fresh was set to replace the long gone Kmart breathing some life into this plaza after a long time. Now that it’s finally here, let me say that the staff i encountered in the store are fantastic, i’ve on more than one occasion walked around this place looking for something confused and someone approaches me and asks if i need help finding anything or if i need any pointing in the right direction always, they greet me at the door and offer coupons most of the time, and generally just do exactly if not beyond what’s expected of them So the employees here I wouldn’t worry about. My main gripe with amazon fresh is that the pricing is confusing, they have a LOT of great price saving options as well as some more premium options from their 365 whole foods brand, so no matter what you need they have basics. They do not have a butcher, seafood area, or deli. Everything is premade besides their ready-to-eat area by the end of the store. In general, amazon fresh offers a lot of variety, but this varieties cost is that you pay a premium for meats, produce, and seafood. Amazon fresh’s prepackaged/pull of the shelf products such as sauces, snacks, soda, etc are generally as if not cheaper(Particularly with prime which is about half of americans) it’s a good value and saves you a trip, and this location has been offering amazing coupons at the moment giving great savings. If you have a wide variety of needs for groceries and want good quality products that are overall decently priced I’d say this amazon fresh meets...
