Rush Bowls — Restaurant in Lodi

I absolutely love rush bowls and their smoothies. Super good and smooth, however whoever was working today 06/13 at 7pm it was 2 girls and one boy. Their manners and attitudes absolutely horrible and they need training on how to help customers. If you’re working you should know your own menu. As someone who’s been in the food industry for over a decade, service is key, how you talk to your guests is key and these people had 0 people skills. Also the guy dug into the trash with his bare hands and then started to touch the pos system which is gross in itself. Did they not teach you food safety and to wash your hands while food handling. 0/10 for today...

This place is great! Service could be slightly faster but I'm not sure what all the confusion is about the bowls and the topping on these reviews. The menu clearly tells you what's included in the base and on the top, most bowls come with a free topper so if u want strawberries on top just ask to get strawberries on top..... No one's fault but your own if you don't read what u are ordering. No need to give a bad review to a local business cause you're illiterate. It was pretty straight...

I was really hoping to vibe with this spot as I love fruit bowls and am a die hard Playa Bowls fan. I was the only customer in the AM and while the service was friendly it definitely seemed on the slow side. Regardless, the bowls themselves felt like 90% smoothie and 10% toppings where 20% of the way through the bowl I had fruit soup. I would’ve liked more of the toppings mixed in or for the smoothie part to be more solid. Overall, I’d give it another shot but I wouldn’t go out of...
