Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Lodi

First off I went thru the drive thru and went to use my debit card to pay for meal which was 34$ so they said the transaction didn't go thru so I told them the chips been messing up do it again or just swipe my card so they did and they told me only 25$ went thru well I had 60 in my account to begin with so I checked to see my balance and I was at 0$ so the kid at the register said it didn't go thru but it clearly says they charged the 34$ first then rang up another 25$ and I talked to the manager and told them refund it all and re run the card and they told me they can't because they only charged 25 so I talk to the manager and get my money back and the damn lady was super rude to me and told me basically she is the only manager I can talk to there and that I'll never get my money back best believe I'll never go to this location ever again in my life. The manager is super slow and runs the front all by her self while paying way more attention to people in drive through than in store this has happened multiple times and the donut holes she makes me are not properly coverd in the sugar ever idk why I keep buying them ,update well my brother wanted to go to go and get something the young girl in the drive through at 5:30 am on Friday Dec 22 was either drunk high or incompetent I asked her to repeat my order multiple times she would get it wrong finally get to to window and it's still wrong then adds 7'99 to my order for a chicken sandwich I didn't want or ask for and have me tons of attitude, I will be...

After month of watching the remodel we were excited to visit this location after they reopened. The new inside furniture was unremarkable. What obviously had not changed was the terrible service. We ordered two cheeseburger, curly fries and a soda. It took over ten minutes to get our order, while we watched order after order go out for drive thru orders. Soda machine was out of regular coke and when we finally got our order, curly fries were cold. Unfortunately , all this happened when the Manager was there.
