The Habit Burger Grill — Restaurant in Lodi

I ordered online and it said to be there at 12. I was there at 12. The food was taking too long. I stood there for 20 minutes nobody call my name. I approached what I thought it was the manager. I told my name and I told him why is my order not coming out I told him that I ordered my order online. He said is not showing up on the computer. Finally he took my order on a piece of paper and 10 minutes later I received my order. I waited 30 minutes longest 30 minutes of my life. But if you place an order online and the computer says it will be done at 12 I expect to have the food ready at 12 more or less a couple of min. But I had to wait 30 minutes when I arrived. I had 20 customers pay and get their food before I did. The manager did not make it right he did not apologize and he blame it on the computer. So do not order online because you'll be waiting there a long time. Customer service is not really good. They didn't take it upon themselves to fix the problem or at least told me that it would fix the problem. I would have given them less than one...

1st time here, glad to have one in home town... Food was ok, not as good as Stockton Habit, but not bad. Friendlyness wasn't as good as Stockton, as for service, they got my 7yr old Daughter's order wrong. They agreed to fix it, weren't busy at all, and still forgot her. They didn't start making it until the shift mgr seemed to see me staring. We had already finished our meals and still waited a few min before they finally had it ready, and then didn't know who's it was so left it on the counter. I Don't think I will be back, would rather drive to Stockton Habit.

8/29/18 UPDATED: From 2 stars to 4 stars. REASON: Immediately after I posted my last review, I was contacted by Habit Burger, and their only concern was making it up to us, and my little one. They invited us back, we went to dinner on Sat 8/25/18 and the experience was great, their concern, and this 2nd visit service leads me to believe that they just had a rough night.

Staff was very nice and easy to talk to gor orders, were very patient, and paid close attention. When i mentioned i liked onion rings but they offered fries without me knowing i could hsve onion rings instead, they offered me the switch. The food was also really good with little to no wait time durring dinnertime on a weekend (The order was for 4 burgers and 2 sides of fries with onion rings and sweetpotato fries and 4 drinks). The atmosphere however was rather strange. They had a beautiful outside area that was easy to lounge in. The inside on the other hand was very streched out, with the tables in a line up against the wall and the bathroom hidden around the corner in the bsck of the establishment. It was also rather empty, with every other table being in use but little to no chatter with made it all the much weirder.
