Update - continues to be the rudest and most unprofessional McDonald's I've ever visited. After once again receiving no greeting other than "are you using the app" we began to order and were told to wait. When the overpaid subpar joke of an employee came back and we began the order again they asked us to repeat it multiple times. The last time I spoke louder and they said "yelling won't help." Finally provided the code and they said "nope! Codes already been redeemed." (It hadn't been)... Got up to the window and they had the manager ready there to defend her out of pocket behavior while she laughed it up stating that's why she refused service. She didn't, just lied about a code.
Anyone wonder why these jobs are being replaced by computers? 20 dollars an hour for this nonsense come April. Is this a franchise or corporate? Either way you guys need to take a hard look at the training and professionalism. Hey, maybe you guys can hire me for a side job.... At 20 dollars an hour I wouldn't forget the sweet and sour sauce and wouldn't act like the customer was inconveniencing me by having me do my job. Perhaps you need an overqualified HR Analyst to provide pressure for you guys to get your ish together!
(3 year old review showing bad behavior is one thing you can count on)
Had to update my original "meh" review to HORRIBLE!!!
I guess after dealing with the general manager I understand why all of the kids working here are rude, unprofessional, apathetic and incompetent. STAY IN SCHOOL KID'S SO YOU DON'T END UP LIKE HIM.
Rarely allow my daughter to choose this place but we had a coupon and the mobile order pick up option seemed convenient. Once I arrived I pressed the button stating that I was there and they asked me parking number which I indicated was "2." After about 10 minutes I realized something was wrong. It took me almost another 5 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. When I finally did they blamed me and said I elected to pick up in the lobby. Nope, having not smoked any crack today I was fully lucid when I selected my drive up spot as "2." When the general manager finally came out he was unapologetic and continued to indicate that it was my fault. Apparently it was outside of the realm of possibility to acknowledge there had been an error with the system, app or employee. Was this really worth 20 minutes of my time for a $1 fry coupon.
Really this was just a reminder of why I don't come to McDonald's. When I indicated to the General Manager that I guess I shouldn't be surprised with his behavior since there is probably a reason why he is working at McDonald's. He retorted "I make more than you." Apparently the General Manager can add Psychic to his skill set that is lacking any level of customer service. I am a HR professional in local government; maybe it's time for me to ask for a raise.
I tried to give McDonald's a shot after years of overpriced subpar food that was delivered with no customer service. I think it's time for a break up. I will be selling my stock and buying more shares of Wendy's where they know how to treat people and serve high...
Read moreMay 12, 2019 I am very disappointed. Me and my 3 year old pulled up at the drive thru and ordered a happy meal for him. Because out of the blue he asked me if he could get an avenger toy from mcdonald's because he saw the picture on the order chart while we were passing by. I don't spoil my son and don't give him anything that he asks if he does not need it. But today, i was happy to get him one because his birthday is coming up. He was so excited to get an Ironman toy and i even asked nicely the one that took my order if we could get an Ironman or if its not available maybe a Captain America one cuz thats the characters that he knows the most. And he said yes sure. Then paid for my order and pulled up to the 1st window. Employees were talking and chatting which i don't really mind. I have no problem with that. It was just my observation. Anyway, there were a lot of cars behind me and decided to pull up to the second window because i don't want to hold the line. Then when they gave me our happy meal order, and my son was very excited. I opened it. And guess what. The toy that we got was Groot. Which for me i don't mind because Im thinking you guys were out or whatever. But when i gave it to my son, he was just looking at me and asked who's this daddy? He looked so disappointed. So i waited for at least 3 mins in the window. Because maybe i could have it replaced with something else. Because my son don't even know this character. Guess what. Nobody even bothered to come over to check why i'm still at the window after getting my order. Or ask if i needed anything else. And yes, they have a camera on both windows so i doubt that they did not see me still waiting there or just chose to ignore me.Is that what you call customer service? And on this page you guys are saying to satisfy customers 100% of the time? So we have a 10 minute ride home. My son did not say a word with a sad and disappointed look on his face while holding and looking at that toy that they gave. And did i mention the that lady that gave me my order did not even smile and with a frown on her face while me i'm smiling at her and saying thank you. No response at all. She just handed it to me and left. So to end this and for the record. I am not complaining for my self but for disappointing my son and bad customer...
Read moreMcDonald's is the most heavenly and incredible place I have ever been to in my entire life. The food is extremely exceptional, and would highly recommend going to McDonald's for your birthday or wedding! It has the most serious hash brown u ever tasted. And the Chicken Nuggets are basically lard. Other than the lard nuggets, McDonald's should always be #1 for breakfast, lunch dinner, and snack. Old people can't really eat anything because they have no teeth, so McDonald's has the chewiest meat u ever tasted. McDonald's has very well-kept parking. There is ALWAYS a parking spot for u. The drive thru is an amazing place to bond with your phone and radio-talky-person. McDonald's has lots of homeless people inside, and McDonald's ALWAYS cares for the homeless. Also Mickey D's is like a palace. There are always people helping others and becoming broke when they gamble for McDonald's hamburgers. Then they are broke. But servers always give the food away for free. And never forget that they never burn your very serious hash browns to crisp. They are the second closest thing to Christ. In fact, McDonald's is the #1 proposal restaurant in the world. That is why McDonald's gives Target all their money. (Tip for McDonald's: Never waste your at the all-time famous McDonald's casino. McDonald's always has so much security and it takes two hours for me to get in. I SO...
