Today I was denied service in the drive thur do to the direction I pulled into the line. When I pulled in to wait for the line to move not one car was waiting in the other direction. The employee informed me that he would not take my order because “I cut in line” according to him it’s their policy for cars to pull into the line a certain direction. I then backed out of line and got out my car to go inside to make a complaint I noticed the walk-in was closed. I then noticed another customer who waited for the line to move in the same exact spot I was waiting in (that resulted to him denying me service) he had no issue with taken her order. I go to Dutch Bros daily and to be refused service because of the direction I pulled into the line is ridiculous, I have no reason to cut in line for a drink. If the line is to long and I didn’t want to wait I would simply leave. Make it make sense please! Went today to get the kids a sweet surprise befor driving to Sacramento and the person that took my order was so rude. Rushing me greet me, which would've been fine but then when I started to order my drinks, just kept rushing me. I paid with the wrong card and before she can tell me that the payment didn't go through she runs back to the next car. There was one other car behind me it's not like they had a crazy line or anything.
