Honestly will never ever be back to this establishment! I have never had such horrible service in my life! I was a regular here for years. It was chain so it wasn't spectacular but it was what it was. I gave it three or four stars before. Now. If I could give it a negative score I would! Went in about 2:30 on a Monday, see it yourself. So we did, took 10 minutes for anyone to come over or notice us. Even though I was standing up waving, my arms. Finally comes over , looks at us at our table and says oh I'll go get you. Some menus. Goes up to the front where there's two young guys standing next to the seat yourself sign and instead of saying something to them he just rudely hits the sign, grabs the menus and comes back and sets him on the table. Says we can order on the app or wait for the server which might be a bit. We were chatting so we didn't mind waiting. And don't really know how to use the app. Lol. Server comes takes our drink orders. 10. 15 minutes later we still don't have our drinks. Somebody else finally brings the iced teas. They poured them hot into a cup of ice so they were warm and melted and bitter. So asked for another cup of ice. And she starts blaming the new girl. It takes our food order, we ordered queso dip and chips as an appetizer and burgers. Another 15 minutes 20 minutes goes by nothing. We have to flag them down just for some sugar for my companions tea. And then there's no silverware to stir it. Finally the GM brings our food order. We stated the chips were supposed to be an appetizer, he calmly says yeah I don't know why she's not bringing out her orders. I looked down and noticed there's no ranch so I asked him for some ranch. He goes and gets it when he comes back. I notice the burgers were made wrong. I asked for some mayonnaise, he has the server get it. She comes back and starts blaming the kitchen for getting the ranch wrong. And then the manager for not noticing that they said extra mayo. I was being so nice to this girl. I even apologized to her saying I've been in the ER all day and I'm just having a horrible day. And I'm not trying to be a pain. I just wanted one thing to go right today. She seemed nice about it. Ask her to redo the dip because it was cold. I had been sitting a while. She took it back to the kitchen 10 minutes later. Another server brings it back to us. To which we ask to speak to the manager. She says he's cooking. The other server mind. You had said the GM is open to constructive criticism cuz we're trying to fix things. I'm just getting fully frustrated at this point. The burgers are cold. The cheese curds are cold. Everything is freaking wrong. I'm about to lose it. I took a deep breath. I'm like I'm going to go use the restroom. Just eat my food, pay my bill and go. On my way to the restroom. I can hear her in the kitchen talking about me curse words raised voice and all! Turned around grabbed my companion. Told him we're leaving. Told the hostess you can let them know I heard everything she said in the kitchen and we're done here. And we left! Mind you I tip really well! I never in my life have I walked out without paying my bill! Absolutely ridiculous! Do not come to this establishment! I used to go all the time....
Read moreI truly don't know why I came back after over a year of saying i would never. Nothing has changed, if anything it has gotten worse. Wait staff are disengaged or have a complete lack of training. Simple drinks from the bar took over ten minutes when there were only 4 additional tables seated in the building. Food quality has gotten to an all time low and this time actually resulted in a minor case of food poisoning. Fried pickles were under cooked - onion rings were decent.
We ordered a 20 piece traditional wing - four flavors ranging from their hottest (Blazin) to lemon pepper. All 4 flavors came mixed together on the same tray... This would normally be fine if I didn't have a 3 year old sitting at the table who was sharing a meal with us. Common sense should dictate maybe don't intermix these items...but hey, they gave it a whirl. When trying to explain our concern to the person delivering our food (not our waitress...not sure where she ended up) she looked very confused and stated, "but they mix the sauces in different bowls." She asked if we would like to send it back - but we all know how this was going to go at this point and decided it was probably safer and better to not risk another half hour of our day waiting for them to refire.
Quality of the chicken was atrocious! Over cooked to the point where all of the skin was retraced well beyond the bone, hard and Dry...when I say dry, I mean we felt like they were rationing the sauces for D-day. These things would have had more moisture if i ordered the dry rub instead of sauce. (but i digress) We requested some additional sauce after showing our waitress the condition of the food and she was nice enough to bring us 2 small cups.....and charge us an additional $1.20.
All that being said - the TV's work....the beer was cold. My favorite part tho....The previously half eaten piece of celery that was plated for me to eat. I wish I was joking. I don't know how you mess up a carrot...but they were well past their prime and slimy.
As far as a response goes from the restaurant. I do not want additional work from you in filling out a form on my experience...I don't want a refund...I want another package of toilet paper (Quilted) and possibly a time machine once i can stand to go back and reevaluate some of the recent life decisions I have made when it comes to poultry products.
Despite many of your customers efforts here and on other platforms literally begging for your attention on not only the quality of your food, but the safety hazard that it presents....unfortunately I will NEVER...
Read moreSome of the worst service I've ever received at a restaurant, ever. Arrived just as Thursday Night Football ended so it was crowded. The crowd thinned out very quickly. Did find a high top table in the bar area. Not a single employee approached us for almost 20 minutes. Eventually someone who I assume was a manager brought us menus and took our drink order. A good 10-15 minutes later the same gentlemen noticed we still weren't helped so he took our order. Pretty sure that wasn't his job but he was helping out. We still haven't actually seen our waiter at this point. Our appetizer took longer than normal and did not come with onion rings like the description says. The lady that delivered the food said they have been out of onion rings for weeks. That was not disclosed to us when we ordered. She asked if we wanted to speak to our waiter and we said yes even though we haven't seen him yet. The bartender comes over and is covering for our waiter's break. I told him we haven't seen him yet and we've been here almost an hour at this point. He explains there are no onion rings and no substitutions. I would have ordered something else. And they automatically substitute the onion rings for the cheapest thing they can find which is french fries. Just tell me up front about it so I can make an informed decision. The rest of the food was fine, eventually our "waiter" asked if everything was alright after the one hour mark. I feel bad for the rest of the staff carrying this guy's dead weight. I don't expect a top notch experience at Buffalo Wild Wings but this was bad even by their standards. I can't see myself going there again with all of the food...
