Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Lodi

I ordered a pizza online I was at the Robinhood store I had pushed my location and it said make this my store and I put yes so That's where I thought I ordered, so the people working in that mountain Mike's said call and cancel because our order was ordered at the lodi location so I called right after I pushed send and the girl on the other end of the phone said they couldn't cancel my order because it was finished already we got there and they brought the pizza out and it didn't have mushrooms so they said they were going to make us a fresh one so we waited about 20 minutes and they brought us the same pizza with raw mushrooms on it by this time it was cold so we asked for our money back they said they couldn't do that because there was no management available if the manager looks at the video he'll see that the girl behind the counter should've kept her mouth shut and there wouldn't have been a problem but some people don't know how to do that so we ended up leaving without a pizza and without our $42.00 there should be someone in charge the can give people there money back because money doesn't grow on trees I honestly think they were trying to give me someone else's pizza that was already made my hole order came to $83.63 what good was the rest of the food without the pizza it ruined out hole movie night...

I've never experienced such horrible service from this establishment. I was literally just at the cherokee location and the female cashier(she was not wearing a name tag, she was short with a bun) I ordered online, went in to pick it up and she immediately gets an attitude and tells me, I never made the order. I was showing her my receipt with that location and yet she just kept telling me it's not in her system oh well. I said excuse I'm not going to just get robbed of my $31, she said nothing she could do. After a few minutes of arguing, she FINALLY walked to the back and came right back out with my order receipt and proceeded to tell me she doesn't understand why I got an attitude with her. Than she threw my pizza down and walked away. She should've at least said I'm sorry she was wrong, or have a good night. But NOTHING. I refuse to ever order here in the evening again. This place is RIDICULOUS. The first time I go in and ordered 3 medium pizzas which was messed up all I got from the manager was oh sorry next you order we will give you one free. Today was WAY worse than last time. I make an order of on medium pizza with light sauce extra cheese and extra sausage. That couldn’t be made right!!!! I get light cheese heavy sauce and little sausage. My small Mount Everest pizza was supposed to be light sauce heavy cheese. That was all wrong!!!! What I got was heavy sauces heavy olives with barely any other veggies and meat. My free pizza was with heavy cheese but still heavy sauce and literally only two pieces of sausage on each slice!!!!
