My complaint isn't with the service or sales. They were delightful. My complaint is that this isn't really a certified Verizon store. Verizon will not warranty any product brought from them. In fact i had purchased the extended warranty, which, was supposed to cover any and all problems I might have with the phone. Including if I were to drop it in water. I was told that the warranty company would replace my phone with a refurbished one OR if they didn't have the correct phone available then they would upgrade my device with a comparable device. I spent $189 to warranty my iphone for 2 years. It is now 18 months into the contract and unfortunately i dropped the phone and the display broke. I went and tried to get it fixed by Verizon (which is when i found out that that store isn't an OFFICIAL Verizon store). I then called the warranty company and they said I had 2 choices: I could mail them my phone and they would mail me a replacement OR put a hold on my credit card for $700 and they would ship the phone to me and I would have 10 days to ship it back. All this after I paid the $179 deductible. I chose to do the latter. I waited for 6 days with no word from the company so I called them and they said they didn't have any more iphone 4s available so they wanted to offer me $350. That doesn't even cover the cost of the warranty and the deductible. I asked what about the upgrade? and was told that iit would have to go the "decision makers" and i would hear back from them soon. It is 10 days since I lost use of my phone. I havent heard from them. Once my contract is up i will be going to a certified OFFICIAL Verizon store. It isnt worth the aggravation to go to...
Read moreThe WORST experience in all 15 years as a Verizon customer was at this Lodi store. MY MIND IS BLOWN. All that the sales reps there do is LIE. My aunt and I went in a little over a month ago for 2 new iPhones. The âmanagerâ (i forget his name, but is of middle eastern decent) told us all the extra charges on our bill would include 2 $35 charges for activation fees and $18 for the 12 pro and $21 for the 12 pro max. A month later and our bill is over $200 more. Plus we were being charged with the insurance protection fee that he said was free for 30 days and could call and cancel after that time period. After dealing with Verizon corporate 2 separate times to correct my bill to what I was told it was going to be, they told me the insurance is definitely not free. After calling the Lodi store and confronting the âmanagerâ he lied AGAIN saying he never said that!!!!!!!!! Then why would I have asked when I could cancel if if you said it could be cancelled at any time??? That makes no sense. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE TO MEET YOUR QUOTAS!!!!!!!!! Reporting your A $ $ $ $ $ E $!!!! EXTREMELY FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. Only shop at Verizon locations that are considered âcorporateâ otherwise the sales reps make up their own rules and lie and canât be help accountable because itâs itâs own entity. DONâT COME HERE ITâLL...
Read moreI found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility companyâs can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wifeâs switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I canât thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if youâre looking to get a new phone or even just...
