Booked this hall to hold a bridal shower for a friend. Two days before the event, I was informed two days before the event that didn't have the tablecloth colors that I originally requested. I informed the assistant that I would be there the day of the event at 9am. I was expecting someone to wait for me. It was 10:30am and one of the waiters finally opened the door. A few minutes later, we began setting up (some things had to be shifted) and the owner, Victor Nurse, came out..not being apologetic, but with one of the nastiest attitudes ever. He had issues with the set-up being charged, but he was an hour and a half late so even if it could've been discussed early, it couldn't happen anymore due to his tardiness. His attitude, as well as the two waiters, remained disgusting and unprofessional throughout the course of the entire event. Food was wrapped up without giving my guests a final call for brunch. Good thing I stacked some containers and gave it to my guests. Half of the utensils were dirty, they weren't willing to help with switching out tables, and the list of unprofessionalism goes on. Bacon and biscuits were completely burnt. Food wasn't bad, but the nasty attitudes left ALL of my guests with a nasty review of the place. The most disheartening part about all of this is that as an African- American business owner, there's a standard that should be upheld. People shy away from black-owned businesses due to the lack of respect, and customer service. Unfortunately, this business has fallen right into the category of the many others that are failing due to the lack of sensitivity towards customers. As one who is constantly planning events, I fell in love with the garden room, and made plans to have quite a few more events there, but after that experience, I will never be the one to have anything take place in that hall. Most importantly, I will discourage all others who would ever suggest the hall as a potential venue...

"The owner doesn't pay his staff. Which is why it is always changing. He owes me over $200. While working there I was informed about this issue by former and current staff. Also while working there I was witness to unsanitary violations. I witnessed a customer who complained about a hair in their food which was probably the owner/chef's. He blamed it on the customer. Do not trust Al or his wife. If you are looking for a job look else where, because it will be difficult getting paid. If you are looking at hosting an event, consider hosting your event at a worthwhile and honest establishment."

I wrote this review when it was Cieli Blu. This family has a history of changing the name of the restaurant but maintaining the same questionable practices. I am still owed over $200. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE.

Windsor Gardens owned by father sold to son. Cieli Blu owned by son. I believe he sold to someone who is connected and changed the name to Pinnacle Catering in order to get away from past misdeeds. I think these people learned how to use google reviews.

I have no interest in meeting new dishonest people. I have met enough.

I believe people should look at my other review almost 11 months ago and also the reviews of Windsor Gardens and Cieli Blu.

Excellent experience from beginning to end! From the courteous phone conversations, to the incredible, delicious food, to the presentation… This place is a hidden gem in Lodi, NJ ! After having the great opportunity to attend a holiday party at Pinnacle, I was able to indulge my senses with the beautiful presentation of food, one delicious option better than the next! I never go for seconds, but I did this time! The fried chicken was out of this world!! I then decided to place an order for 2 trays of food to help me during the holiday season. The trays came perfectly packaged, with directions for a “no fail” situation and they went!! They were devoured by my family and left all of us wanting more of the creamy macaroni and cheese and the perfectly cooked brussel sprouts! I just ordered again from Pinnacle as I will be hosting a brunch party at my house and the menu selection is so good that I almost couldn’t decide but with the help of Victor Nurse, he put it all together for me. Everyone here is pleasant and kind, always smiling and that is refreshing to see. The food is well seasoned, well cooked and there are incredible options to choose from.
