The customer service is absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely friendly, kind and showed the definition of “serving” by doing their best to follow our requests. The gentleman even helped us pack our food to-go, stapled our bag, and gave us a new sauce so we didn’t have to re-use the one we already ate (which we were going to take home and finish). For food, we really enjoyed the special Sunflower Roll (added cream cheese = YUMMMM) and Black Dragon Roll (the eel is tasty)! Only thing I would say is, I wish the special rolls were larger. But they still tasted delicious. I grew up eating sushi and have tried many different restaurants, including authentic ones in Japan. From my honest opinion, I RECOMMEND you give this place a chance- give it a try! No one told me to write this, I’m writing this out of my own Will and wanted to express my gratitude towards how awesome and kind the staff really was. Arigatogozaimasu, we’ll be back...

The sushi was good but our overall experience was awful! I got hung up on twice before I was finally able to place my order and was hung up on again when I wanted to add something to my order. They had two different numbers; one for placing an order and one for letting them know we were outside to pick up our order which was just extremely confusing. And to top it all off, my boyfriend is deadly allergic to shellfish and can only eat a specific type of sushi, we ordered a roll for him that was safe for him to eat based on the description on the menu but once we were ready to eat THERE WAS LOBSTER INSIDE. We knew they hadn’t accidentally given us the wrong roll because the the roll name was written in the packaging, they just seemed to have failed to update the menu or change it. If we hadn’t noticed something was off about the roll, he could’ve been seriously hurt. Just a terrible...

Horrible service. I order the Udon stir fry and they send me the soup instead after almost an hour waiting for the order when i live literally down the street. I call to tell them about their mistake and tell them that i want my original order and they said that they can send it to me but to not eat the soup and they'll come exchange it which would be another hour wait. I tell them since they got my order wrong can we just keep the siup meanwhile we wait for the order. He said no and then i ask them what will they do with the soup, he didnt want to answer, who knows if they would give it to another poor unsuspecting customer. I could have spit in that soup and given it back to them and then they serve it to other people. I will never order from this place again!!! And be careful anyone who eats there bc you may just be eating recycled food. No attempt to make it right, way to build a loyal...
