Holy God!! Alert alert alert! Anyone who cares about business ethics do not go to this store. Run away as fast as possible. I went in to purchase a battery for my cartridge. I was greeted by a Russian lady who was very nice and appeared to want to help me out. I requested a battery for my cartridge. Without explaining that they have different battery sizes for different cartridges she proceeds to tell me what I need so based on her expertise I made the purchase. When I went home I put my cartridge in and it didn't fit, at all. I brought It back and explained that I needed a different one. Olga wasn't there and instead it was some young girl who said no I will not exchange or refund your item. I was absolutely shocked because it was in its original packaging never used. It was also the item that was recommended by the store. I just left the store having the worst customer experience ever. We're talking about a battery that I paid $30 for and costs them $5 from Alibaba and they decide to make me leave the store with absolutely no solution just tell me To Bad. I will never go to this place again! A normal business would look for some solution for the customer especially to retain business prevent negative reviews complaints to BBB no referrals to friends and...

This is where I’ve done a lot of my vape shopping, and up until now I’ve had pretty good experiences. But I recently purchased coils for my vape and both were completely defective and drained my tank within minutes. I know this can happen as quality control for these is not what it should be. Within. 2-3 days of purchase I went back to question their policy and to see if they may be willing to make things right. Needless to say they were not. In fact I was told that based on the brand it should be expected. Problem with that statement is the gentleman who said this to me is also the man that had me purchase said brand in the past and told me it was good. So I’m out around $20 bucks for he could and almost feel taken. As to not bash them completely, I will say the owner who I’ve spoken with on several occasions is a very nice guy and not the one I had this bad experience with. It’s a great store, just be wary about what you are being sold as they will not return or exchange it when it doesn’t function...

I have done a lot of shopping here and i already gave my review about this shop , but when i saw unjustifiable 1 star review i decided to leave a little comment.... This store is NOT cash only, but they do have limit when you want to purchase something (which is 10$) a lot of small stores doing that because they would end up paying more on fees from their end than the purchase itself. But if you want one stop shop that has everything this is the shop. Workers and owner included are very knowledgeable and patient with you and always greed you with a smile.
