Hot and tasty. Fast service. Ask for extra sauce. The Box Combo at Raising Cane's is a delightful treat for chicken lovers. The star is the crispy, tender chicken fingers, cooked to perfection. Complementing the chicken are the crinkle-cut fries, buttery Texas toast, and creamy coleslaw, creating a well-balanced meal. The Cane's Sauce, tangy and slightly spicy, elevates each bite. Overall, the Box Combo offers great taste, quality, and value, making it a must-try for any food enthusiast.

Fast service, good Texas toast, fries, sweet tea, but the coleslaw was not as great as I was hoping and the chicken would have been better if they offered more sauces, but that’s a company thing, not franchise. We purchased the box and the caniac box and spent $26. One thing we noticed today at the grand opening that all the employees were wearing masks but the manager was not- talk about equality… Anyways, I’ll probably be back but probably not often.

Being one of the only ride share in town I do know the city pretty well and talk to A LOT of people and you best believe I’ll be voicing my experiences because this should be a wake up call to the owners or general managers that they need to step it up. This is a review of the last two visits. Waited at the speaker 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, the tone of there voice was plain nasty, anyways I get to the window after waiting a insane amount of time, I get to the window and get no sorry for the wait and when I ask for extra cane sauce they have the nerve to say it’s extra just to get home and find outI NEVER GOT MY ORDER RIGHT or got my extra sauce. I’d really like to see the numbers here because this place has been seeing a downhill spiral for a while after there failed grand opening month. DONT COME HERE ITS NOT THAT SPECIAL. If you are already eating fried food out might as well make it tasteful, THE FRIES DONT EVEN HAVE SALT, good way to save on money I guess....

I've eaten at several Raising Cane's locations outside of California. This was my first to a California location. They have some work to do.

First, everyone was very friendly. I was greeted at the door and a cashier was waiting to take my order when I got up front.

I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was broken. Didn't this place just open?

My order was called as I was walking out, so I went to the counter to pick it up, and found a table.

I obviously got the tail end of one batch and the first of the next batch of fingers, as two were luke warm and the third was too hot. None of it was crispy. The sauce was right on, as was the bread, and while the fries are generally the weakest feature of the meals here, these suffered from the lack of heat and crispness as the chicken.

Probably will never return to this location, but wishing them well and hope my next visit to a CA location goes...

I love that they offer an actual dinner like thing but omg the food sucks, I feel like it's partially due to it being hyped up to me but its bland with no flavor at all. The coleslaw is nasty and the Fry's are often really undercooked and just sad. The canes sauce is okay tho it gives the flavorless chicken something. Also I got the impression that the chicken finger were like chicken strips not just little chunks/balls of chicken. Also depends on the day one time they were good sized the next they were small and not worth it. Kinda overpriced for what it is now, hopefully they can make some changes and better the place cause the idea is good and the employees are mostly nice just...
