You sound like your trying to single me out or something or embarrass me. Listen take my order one tall mocha frapp with no whip cream and one shot of espresso blended into it. I like to take the lid off and use the straw to keep blending the ice because it floats on top of the coffee if i don't. and I like to put my nose in it. I got a icky mcdonald's frozen coke the other day that smelled like urine was really really gross. So I take the lids of everything these day to make sure the cup is clean. Can you just serve me my icy drink with the normal amount of social interaction. just use your prerecorded robot lines hi welcome to starbucks can take your order. Okay pull forward. Then you take my form of payment hand me my beverage and say have a great day thank you for choosing starbucks. And never give me a dirty smelly cup. Wow. This place has taken a kamikaze nose dive in service. I would religiously come here on the weekends before work, wait in line like everyone else and grab my morning coffee and pastry. Service was efficient considering the long lines and I never had issues with my orders. I’d say within the last 6 months everything dramatically changed. My order is NEVER right anymore. The kids running the drive thru are more engrossed in discussing the latest TikTok trends, inappropriate conversation and belittling patrons than paying attention to customers orders. I went through the drive thru today and order my usual at Sarbucks which is a Venti Jaba Chip Frappe with 2 blended shots and asks to be placed in a Trenta cup for the extra drink due to the shots. The lady said she couldn't do that and I said all the other 10 Starbucks I order thw exact drink from always do it so she said she can place the extra in another cup. So I said if that's the only way you can that'll be fine. When I pulles up they onlg had 1 venti cup waiting and I asked about the extra and they said there was no extra. I've been a Starbucks coustomer for years and have ordered the same drink fir years so I know there was extra and I know they could have placed it in a bigger cup! Never...
