06/17/23 (12:30pm) I called in to ask for all rice (no macoroni) on my fish plate that I ordered through Door Dash. The young guy who answered the phone told me that my Door Dash order had not showed up in their system yet. So I told him I would call back because I needed to make a slight alteration to my order. 7mins passed, I call back and was told my order was already picked up, and the original guy who answer the phone was a new guy, so he probably was confused or something. So I cancel my original order because my Son has allergic reaction to the Macoroni salad and re-placed the same again at the same location. This time I figured I’ll call and ask to speak to a Manager and just simply explain that I ordered a fish plate and could he just make it with all rice whenever it shows up in their system. His English was a bit rough as well as his understanding of English. He told me it was loud and could barely hear me, but I was in a super quiet room with nothing but a ceiling fan on. I tried to explain but he kept talking over me and finally just hung up in my face. This was very rude of him and I’ll make certain me and my family will ever spend...

IF I COULD GIVE A MORE NEGAGTIVE RATING I WOULD. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 4-10-20 my wife placed an order =, I arrived 20 minutes later and paid for the order (# 148). My order had not been started after I stood back another person started checking his order and he had been waiting longer than me.

4-13-20 called the store and got the proverbial run around the manager Alva could not understand and had to have an employee interpet it for her. went to the corporate website and placed a complaint and finally called customer service. The CS person started sticking up for the store. I was promised that the distirct manager would contact me.

Customer service was very friendly however it is barely understood me luckily I have a little bit of Spanish but the macaroni salad is not like it used to be it's just taste like tuna it's not the way it used to be I was very disappointed cuz that's what I went in there for the chicken was okay but it was kind of chew and they gave me some coleslaw without no dressing the rice is okay the coleslaw dressing when I went back to get some they were going to charge me but then I ask for the manager and she said okay and she gave me two things addressing which was terrible it tastes like straight vinegar with some orange food coloring in it it was nasty I don't usually bad reviews like this but I spent money on this and it was expensive and I'm not satisfied I usually love going there you want to Cherokee is off the hook this one I don't know what I don't know what steps are skipping but it's not that great I would not recommend...
