Textbooks are the same price as most places, but other styff is super pricey, like other campus stores. My main issue is that most semesters I order my books online as soon as they allow so I can get the used or rental versions only to go pick up my order and have them replaced with brand new ones or nonrental and having the surprise of my account charged hundreds of $ more. The one or two times I decided not to order online they only had new copies left or no copies left when I went to get them on the first day of semester. I don't appreciate being told I could get a certain price for textbooks and then being charged well over the amount originally paid. If it was a few dollars or so thats not unreasonable but they should let you know or not even offer used or rental version if they won't have them before charging your account hundreds of dollars more than what you originally paid. Not all of us have an extra $300 laying around at the start of semester every semester. I also ordered to pick up all at once but it kept getting split into more and more pick up where I had to keep coming back to pick up multiple orders. I wish there was an option to say I want them all together and please don't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDon't buy apple products or even get them repaired from here. Got a Mac with a defective screen, they replaced it but when I get it back it makes a clacking sound when I set in the table plus it is now scratched, take it back and the other tech found the first tech hadn't screwed a screw down all the way, get it back and now it still makes the noise, take it back and now the tech has to reseat the bottom panel and said the other tech didn't seat it properly, I get it back and now there is another scratch and it makes weird snapping noises. I just ended up taking it to the official Apple store in Farmington and they said the techs at the USU store are at fault for the noise and both scratches and afterwards they finally properly fixed the bottom panel to the chassis. Don't be stupid like me and get anything from here. Buy your stuff elsewhere and don't take anything in for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYeah, so they sell some textbooks at a reasonable price but their policies and other textbooks that I had to buy are insane. They totally take advantage of textbooks that are only needed for courses taught at USU and have really specific return policies that are just out of line. Just be aware that when you're buying from them the return policy is like maybe a week into the semester and then you're just stuck with whatever. So to the majority of college students that wait until the last possible second to shell out $500 on textbooks that you were hoping you didn't really need have to be super careful. I'd recommend buying in store if you have to buy from this store so that you aren't unknowingly charged for a textbook you didn't want to buy and then can't return like I was. So...
