Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Logansport

This staff needs retrained. As we approached the drive-thru we were asked to wait just a moment. That's fine, no big deal. We waited for almost 10 minutes with just a single car at the window with no one taking our order. We decided that since the store looked very empty, we would just go in and order. Once we arrived, there were a handful of tables. There was food sitting on the counter with all 3 employees we saw making ice cream. The shorter, heavyset girl gave us a dirty look as we entered but none of the 3 employees that made eye contact with us greeted us, not with a smile or a hello. We sat at the counter for a few minutes with no engagement from the employees who were busy bickering over who was going to make the next ice cream. I hope they get retrained in customer service to the point that they at least acknowledge the fact...

I havent been to Dairy Queen in about 6 months mind you that's usually my go to when we go out to eat. However I must say I will never again go to eat at the Dairy Queen in Logansport again by far the worst experience I've had since they first opened first I watched the foreign gentleman that took our money pull 2 of our burger outta a microwave that was wrapped an everything. Then we get home everything was soggy an went an just fell apart while we tried eating it and was cold. After paying almost $45 on food we expected it to at least be hot an good food. Let's just say I dont know what's going on there but I will not be eating there again. Something needs done about this place for sure. Better be lucky I cant give them 0 stars because I wouldnt of even done 1 star if I didnt have to to...

I don’t usually do this. But if I could give zero stars I would. The manager at this establishment is EXTREMELY disrespectful. He told his minor worker to make sure she does our order right because we “like to get confused”. The last time we ordered there he messed up our order and refused to accept that he messed it up. And after we told him today that we will be contacting corporate he proceeded to yell and blame the minor girl that did an amazing job helping us with our order. I just hope that this review lands in the right hands. I would hate for someone else to be disrespected like we were today. NEVER coming back to that...
